As I type this, waiting for my ordered Oracle Backup Lights to be delivered today! You can never have too much lighting when backing up. These appear to be high quality fixtures.
Great video! I should have payed closer attention to the passenger side overlay text indicating the red goes to white with PURPLE stripe, I had assumed same as on driver side having the Red connect to the white with Brown stripe. Hope this helps someone else to pay more attention to details of passenger side
Lights look great but why would you have not lead off with the plug and play installation first? There is no tap splices to worry about and installation is clean and quick.
I have an aftermarket all steel rear bumper so not for me BUT...I have the bad ass Oracle tailgate light that turns heads everywhere. You guys have not good but GREAT shit!
My gladiator came equipped with factory rear fog lights not just the reflectors, if i install these reverse lights will a loose the red fog lights or do you have them integrated on the reverse lights next to them that red square?
I ordered the Oracle lighting reverse light plug and play wiring adapter along with the Oracle lighting rear bumper LED reverse lights for my Jeep Gladiator and they’re not working. Both the Oracle lighting rear bumper LED reverse lights are plugged into one side. What needs to happen so they work? Can you please let me know? Thank you.
Im stuck 😩 i have current on 1 cable the other im assuming is ground. Ok my lights don’t turn on. I put a 9v battery 🔋 to see if they worked they do turn on. But when I connect them they don’t turn on. 😅 wht purple line & blk wire (passenger) wht brwn stripe & blk grey stripe (Driver) 🙇🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
After I installed mine, it keeps giving me a dash light warning “blind spot needs to be service” it turns out to be a bad plug n play harness. it was a crappy soldering job. I didn’t even bother to send it back. I just figured it out myself. After cleaning that mess all works as described. If you come across with the same issue with this plug n play harness, just splice open the heat shrink were the 2 wires for the back up light is tapped . Inspect it and make sure they are oriented properly and not touching each other.
I just want these as regular aux lights, operated off a switch (not connected to my reverse lights at all). Would this be possible using the provided wiring, or would I have to chop this up?
Do you know if these will work if our tail lights have the side sensors? I'd like to get the plug and play kit without the t-taps and was wondering if all that functionality will still work? Thanks!
Hello, thanks for your pre-order. They are slated to begin shipping in mid-May, and any updates will be listed on the product page and emailed to you. You will also receive a notification when your set ships out.
I have led taillights from factory but after installing these led flush taillights and bumper led lights only drives side stays on in reverse and sometimes they all come on but go right off I reinstalled my oe taillight on passenger side now that doesn't work as well but did work prior to installing these I don't know what the issue is.
I used the adapter and I got flashes. Needless to say it didn't work. When I called for support no one knew how to provide support for that. I was pluging the adapter to my JT,WOLFSTORM LED Tail Lights Replacement for my Jeep Gladiator. Will it not work with that type of taillight?
Plug and play harness works great until I let off the brake. Then all the lights turn off except for my main tail light reverse light. Should have kept the t taps I suppose.
I have both the oracle rear taillights and oracle bumper lights. I noticed that the lights come on when in reverse and then shut off. I have the tazer configured to led as my jt came with halogen from factory. Any idea of what I can do? Love the product when it works. T.I.A.
A few things, if you change it to LED on the Tazer you can remove the resistors by unplugging them. With the setting for the tail and reverse light updated in the settings and resistors removed you should be good!
@@ORACLElights that’s how the set up is now. no resistors and set to led and it is still not 100% working all the time. Should I plug in the resistor and see if that’ll be the solution. Idk if the wattage is too much or something running both things. I can send pictures to an email of how I have my truck set up
@@genebranson3393 we totally get it! We don't like them either but some customers dont want to pay extra for the waterproof molex connector so we offer both options :)
@@rafaelflores6132 ok, in that case the reverse lights are likely pulling a bit too much power and shutting down the lights. A couple solutions, one is to move the input form the tail lights to the trailer wiring. The other is to replace the factory halogen reverse lights with LED lights. This will lower the load and resolve this issue.
@@ORACLElights I replaced my factory reverse light with LED bulbs now my Oracle LED reverse light doesn't work. Not even 2 months and it doesn't work anymore. I bought the harness with it too. I thought this should be plug-and-play with no issues
Great job with the harness. Messing with my factory wiring was holding me back from ordering. Now I'm sold.
Great to hear!

I just want these as regular aux lights, operated off a switch (not connected to my reverse lights at all). Would this be possible using the provided wiring, or would I have to chop this up?
You would just connect the leads to your aux switch instead of to the reverse lights. Many customers chose to go this route.
Do you know if these will work if our tail lights have the side sensors? I'd like to get the plug and play kit without the t-taps and was wondering if all that functionality will still work? Thanks!
Yes, designed wot work with the factory sensors, they swap right over to our lights and we include a plug and play connector to connect the sensor.
@@ORACLElights thank you!!! I'll put in an order!

Very cool....
I am very interested in them
if it was a car not a jeep the tee bight clips might b fine long term but most jeepers will want your fancy plug & play harness.
There is a very easy drop-drop option to add the plug-and-play harness to an order if desired. Thanks for watching.

Is the light so bright or scattered that it washes out the backup camera at night? Thanks
no, it actually greatly enhances the visibility of the backup camera at night.
Those would definitely help out what do they cost for a 2020 ?

Not familiar with that particular tail light but seems to be a generic Chinese light, good possibility that is the cause of the issue.
How does the extra light effect the backup cam at night? Does it wash it out?
The additional light significantly enhances the visibility of the rear camera at night. Does not wash out at all.
What if I don't want to connect them to my reverse and want to connect them to my fog lights switch instead so I can use them for off-roading?
Yes, you can hardwire them to your fog lights. A few of our customers have done their installation this way for the same purpose you are describing.

Do you have led lights from factory ?, I don’t and the same shit happens to me
Hi. I have questions if my car has blindspot feature, will that still fit for my car?
Yes
I think part number is 5880-504 according to their website
5878-504 is the lights only, 5880-504 is the PnP harness only, and 5881-504 is the combo package of the lights and PnP harness both. Hope that helps!
Can't find these on the website ?
