That’s because in the morning, every morning, we all de-bloat. The natural water from yesterday is usually flushed out in the restroom in the morning but then you have a glass of water or bagel and realize you’re at square one all over again.

When it comes to workout routines, it works best differently with everyone because we all have different wants and priorities. My personal tip is incorporating at least 20mins- 1 hour a day of movement that makes you feel satisfied. I can touch upon more on my instagram but the KEY is to stay consistent and know what goal you are reaching for (whether that is to look more 'toned', or building a stronger physique, or strengthening your stamina). I baked a bunch of homemade mac and cheese, which was delicious but also led to me discovering I don't do well with lactose 💀 long story short I was rly bloated and it HURT so I took a lemon ginger shot and then did this stretch and it actually helped sm!!! I feel way better it definitely worked well, so ty!

I used to have a gym routine! But after finding the beauty of home workouts and how effective pilates- yoga infused routines work for my body, I can never go back :) However, my old gym routine consisted of 4 different days a week targeting 3 days of different body parts and 1 day of cardio and abs. hope this helps x
@@AmukelaniNikiweMathevaniyess,the slim calves one is short and effective😍I tried it for 2months and it noticeably made my flexibility better and my calves look less manly !!i recommend doing it every morning and night for a good stretch❤
