- BEAT THE BLOAT through this 8 minute stretching video on your bed. Super quick but highly effectively to get the digestion moving and flowing.
Try this routine 1 hour after you eat for better digestion and if the bloat is due to food intolerance, I suggest you to do an ab workout routine then follow up with this stretch routine to help flatten the bloat as much as possible.

OH MY GOD I’M TELLING Y’ALL. i did this last night and felt extra better + it made it easier for me to asleep. this morning i woke up to THE fart of my life and after i had done my workout my tummy FEELS SO MUCH LIGHTER and there are ACTUAL physical results - my tummy did de-bloat a little!!! i will continue to do this every night!

@@Matobit oh I feel you. Weirdly enough I've done this last night and the day before. I also decided to fast at least a day a week. Guess, sometimes our bodies (at least mine haha) has to catch up with themselves. So I had a water fasting day yesterday and this exercise and yesterday I wasn't bloated at all. Today was much better too.

Hey! I have some advice I can give you
- make sure you’re eating enough protein (1g per kg atleast)
- eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- eat at a slight caloric deficit (no lower than 1600 calories for avg female, 1800 for avg male)
- weightlifting is great for toning up and burning fat with some cardio at the end
- don’t completely cut out sugar, but don’t eat more than 60g a day
- try to test your food sensitivity, you may be lactose intolerant
- whatever you do, don’t starve yourself. It’ll offset your metabolism and eventually make your body want to store more fat

For all this time I seriously thought that I just had extra fat, and I would always get bloated throughout the day and be really insecure about it, and feel yuck at the end of the day. I did your workout for eight minutes and I look morning skinny. I can't believe it. I'm always using this now. Thank you

this may be a little tmi, but i just really wanna express my gratitude.
during my period, i bloat incredibly easily: this is very normal, of course, but it causes me extreme discomfort and pain. even the pressure of pants against my lower stomach hurts.
i did this stretching routine a single time the night prior to my first full day of my period (my worst day), and for the first time, i had no bloat and my stomach felt fine, give for my usual cramps.
this video is truly a life saver for people with annoyingly sensitive-to-bloat bodies like mine, and i’m extremely thankful
I have done this for a week and then my tell you it works!!! Not only does it work it's helped me sleep at night. Last night I slept so hard and woke up so energetic it was amazing!! I'll be doing this everyday
For those disappointed that it did not help, do it again and again until it will deflate your stomach! Once its over and it didnt help make table position, go on your elbows squeeze and then relax the ass until the deflating takes place. Then do constipation massage 20 times mini circles in one place until you make full circle around the stomach from bottom right, up, left and then down. Then do glorias exercises again.

I have been doing Gloria songs workouts for a while (about a month) and oh my days has it changed my life. I specifically have been doing her abs workouts ( her upper abs workout that’s 10 mins long and her lower abs workout that is also 10 mins long ) combining those workouts with this stretch as a cool down has gave me amazing results, I also do her 5 minute flat belly workout when I feel more energetic than usual!! It really works guys!! I started to see my abs already after 2 weeks of doing this cycle!!
I’ve been testing different types of abs workouts for almost a year now and It’s been really tough for me to find workouts that work for me but Gloria really has helped me so much, bless her heart 💓

I go to a studio that offers pilates and yoga in a room heated to 95 degrees with 40% humidity. They have us do a lot of these stretches towards the end of every class regardless of what we focus on, especially after focusing on abs. I will eat about an hour after class and these stretches and can tell anyone reading this that these stretches truly makes a difference. Regardless, I'm thankful for this video because my mind wanders and I like to have someone walk me through the steps instead of going with my own flow. haha I will be using this video often. I had fried food for dinner (always regret it after) and instantly when I laid down to go to bed my stomach had painful gas that wouldn’t come out! Luckily for this video, my stomach is pain free and I could get that gas out (gross but so effective) This really works and makes me feel so much better!! Thanks Gloria❤

These exercises are really relaxing and not straining to do which I love, and also I don’t have a bloated stomach anymore. I recommend doing this once in the morning and once at night (which is what I do) and in the morning I have a flatter stomach. Really amazing and 100% recommend to your friends or family or whatever bc it’s so great :)

@@shrruthiii stomach bloating will decrease, circulation, better digestion, a good stretch to start off your day or to head to sleep, calming/soothing short timed stretching/wo.. best to stay consistent even after seeing the results you wanted to see.. consistency is key. These stretches (if they help you) should be a consistent thing unless you feel throbbing pain after doing one or two sessions of this. Any injury that should be to the point of you resting; you should not do this in that situation.

@@alessandra3633 yes it is true. Bloating also depends on other things, like what you eat. There are certain foods that makes you very bloated. To get results the fastest, I think you should also consider what foods you put in your body and do this stretch consistently :)

Guys!! I am not even LYING
After I did this exercise at night, the next day I didn't get bloated a lot, so after 3 days I didn't even bloat after I eat or drink water!! I am so happy, now I can eat in public places without being insecure! Plus I look slimmer because I am not bloated :))
P. S.: I do this every night, no diet, once... It also is very relaxing, so I suggest before bed.

This has helped me so much more than any other debloating stretch or workout I tried before (and I've tried a lot 😅). My stomach is usually dead silent when I do these kinds of workouts, but it was growling throughout this entire routine! I can't wait to see the difference tomorrow~ ☺

for personal reference as well as correct names for poses c:
deep breaths into the stomach all the way throughout, holding each inhale for 2 seconds before exhaling completely. each pose for 30 seconds (or whatever feels best!)
1. supine criss-cross (i like doing butterfly to keep my hips even + deeper hip stretch)
2. reach arms overhead to stretch
3. tuck legs into chest
4. pull right leg into chest (right before left for digestion)
5. switch to left leg
6. arms overhead, bring knees to right side for supine twist
7. twist to left side
8. sit up and cross legs for a seated twist to the right
9. twist to the left
10. deep yogi or asian squat; i like to rock side to side
11. stand into hamstring stretch and allow bloodflow towards the head
12. downward dog (think triangle shape)
13. tabletop position for hip circles, spinal waves, whatever movement feels good!
14. cat-cow. exhale while arching the spine and tucking bellybutton in for cat, inhale while extending the spine and bringing gaze up for cow.
15. puppy pose (armpits to ground, hips neutral, and bellybutton tucked for deep back stretch)
16. push butt towards feet for child's pose
your breath is doing the internal work for you, so mindful deep breathing is very important! hope everyone here feels better and is well and healthy
These streching exercises work like magic. Istg my stomach ache went away after doing these. Totally recommend!!
This is so relaxing because everything is for such short periods of time, while also being slow. I’m not a person who stretches or does exercise every day or really ever, so I can’t hold a lot of stretches for very long, but I was able to do all of these (for the most part), for the entire length of time, and it was super easy to follow along with.
gloria is seriously amazing. i was always so bloated throughout the day and always uncomfortable and unconfident. i would look down and not able to see my knees because of my big ass stomach. i only did this for four days and my stomach got sm flatter and i lost weight!! i know this sounds weird but id only poop once every two days. now, i poop like twice a day (which is amazing) thank you sm!!

i am 5’2, roughly around 119 pounds. Im bloated atm since I’m lacking In drinking and eating (mental health) stay tuned for my updates.
Day 1: finished! i did daisys workout as well and then this. It was okay I’ve been doing other ab workouts which I did like a little over a month ago now but I’m restarting.
Day 2: finished daisys and this one! was definitely a little easier to do daisys this time and I do this one because I am actually bloated as well and it’s also a nice relaxation when I finish too :)
Day 3: didn’t do it today since I had a chest cramp and it really hurt so I just rested
Day 4: getting a bit easier to do the daisy keech workout and still this video is relaxing as EVER
Day 5: did both of the workouts! super proud of myself for starting over again I feel very achieved I see slight changes and my confidence is growing :D
Day 6: didn’t do it was very busy
Day 7: again didnt do it, busy weekend
Day 8: did it!! some of the daisy keech exercises are definitely getting easier though there are still some I struggle with. I have lost weight!!! I weighed myself earlier and I am 8 stone when I was originally 8 and a half stone. I am so proud of myself for this and just know that keeping ur diet balanced also really helps! :))
Day 9: did both! Definitely getting better at this, not as shaky as much during daisys workouts which are good

Day 16: hey everyone! i changed the workout to a plank and I talked to my mum about the exercises. Turns out I can gain weight from my ab muscles if they are stronger and also when she pressed against my lower abs they were rock solid! Not so much on my upper abs. Saw another good anti-bloating cardio by bloligates (?) so I might do that tomorrow. Did both!
Day 17: did both! i watched some Netflix while doing the exercises and god it did distract me from the burn so I highly recommend
Day 18: did both! Did it while watching Netflix again. AND GUESS WHAT IM 7.9 STONE??? i started off as 119 pounds and now I’m 111?????
Day 19: was incredibly exhausted
Day 20: gonna be honest, couldn’t be bothered
Day 21: did both! my figure looks so much different than what it did at the start and it’s only been three weeks. I recommend this so much

I'm always bloated and constipated. There are nights where i cant sleep because how uncomfortable my tummy is. I searched for debloating exercises which is not that aggresive and i found this. Thankfully since I have been doing this for 3 consecutive nights i had my regular Vowel everyday! Which is im very thankful since im always constipated it took me 4 to 5 days to go to toilet.😭🙏

I have a very irregular working hour schedule and i was in such a terrible spot when it came to my gut. I was constantly bloated, uncomfortable and it was impacting me badly, however with your routine I'm back to normal even with the crazy schedule that i have. you guys no joke, after i did this workout i could literally hear whatever was happening in my stomach like 2-3 mins after!! i’ve been only doing this routine for only a few days while also pairing it with my usual workout routine and i’m already seeing a big difference! whenever i worked out, i was always so confused why there’s hardly many (if not any) changes despite doing them consistently till i started implementing this stretch routine along side with working out!
like i always knew i had stomach problems but never noticed it would actually affect my body when working out. only till recently i realized i just get bloated really easily since everywhere indoors is freezing cold. hence why i did not see much changes🤣😅 so thank you very much!!!! i’ll continue doing this workout for probably the rest of my life haha🤭☺️💗💗💗

I usually get SUPER bloated after just a sip of water, but yesterday I ate a whole pizza and I barely looked bloated 🤯 I did this routine for 3 days and I'm feeling a lot better about myself. I'm also paying attention to my diet and trying to eat mostly healthy, whole foods, and that sure helps, but this routine is really amazing!
Btw drinking water while standing bloats you, I’d recommend drinking while sitting and eating while standing or to go for a 5 min walk immediately after eating

I did this strech 4 months ago and I'm still using it, yet its still so effective!! especially when I have a stomach ache! and it made me went to pooping once a month to every 4 or 3 days. I REALLY ~ recommend you doing this streching video ❣

I started working out a few days ago and stumbled upon this video and decided i might as well give it a shot. Even before i can see any results from working out, i woke up today to my stomach noticable flatter. It used to be i had a noticable curve to my stomach from the side but it dramatically decreased. Its made me feel so much lighter emotionally and physically, and i feel so much more confident in my body!
I have been doing it for 3 months alr and after 1 month i could literally alr see result my stomach become more flatter ,thanks god i found this video ,i always been wonderinf why ny stomach was so bloatedd even tho i dont eat so much but after doing this every night my stomach become less bloated i even lost 2 kg from this

my stomach doesnt bloat often since ive changed my diet, but since it shrinked from eating a bjt less, eating high volume meals makes it hurt and these stretches help A LOT. i also just feel more relaxed after i do it, so i love doing this routine either in the morning to help me start the day or at night to calm down before going to sleep. either way, it works great

my disabled brother had an upset stomach the whole evening and he kept complaining about feeling nauseous, but I didn’t know if he was acting (because he does that for fun sometimes) or if he was serious. Later at night, it got worse and he started crying and screaming from all the pain but he just couldn’t really explain what was wrong, so I assumed that it was either overeating (we just got bad from my cousins birthday) or gas.
I was clueless at first and some time passed with me and my mom trying to relieve his pain - nothing worked. After it hit midnight, I checked up on him again and tried to do something to help, but he was really bothered by me even touching him. Then, I suddenly got reminded of this workout again, and I tried the first two exercises on him. It was hard for him because he could barely move so I had to navigate his body and help him with the breathing, but as soon as I started doing the second exercise, he finally threw up and got relieved. Half an hour passed and he is fine again, the Color is back on his face and he finally fell asleep. Thank you so much, I just wanted to share how much these breathing and debloating exercise helped us tonight !!❤️
