    Let's give our gut some love in a different kind of way.♥︎ This slow workout is actually a stretching session with some very relaxing exercises. It helps to improve digestion, relieve bloating & constipation and reduce IBS and stomach pain. You can do this quick session daily and anytime you want.

    been doing this workout alongside some other ones for the past month and i am so thankful ♡ had a lot of issues after a bad urinary infection and this helped me so much - still doing it and loving it!

    I'm actually on meds now cuz of cold I caught. Since taking them my stomach doesn't feel all that good and this exercise is just perfect duo with gentle music. Thank you for making me feel better!

    It is now Ramazan(Ramadan) and everytime after eating iftar i am feeling very very bloated. a couple of days ago i wrote on UA-cam bloating workout and i found your video and i am very glad because at the moment i finish the workout i am already in the toilet which is so good.
    Also i've been having bloating problems for over 5 years because i went vegan for around a year and afterwards my entire digestive system became very problematic so i guess this workout would be amazing in healing my gut issues 🤍🤍.

      @Ailisa kim иногда делаю с утра, но мне помогло убрать молочку ( перешла на растительное молоко, не ем творог, сыр 30 г в день, не больше, йогурт тоже без лактозы )
      Кальций и другие витамины, которыми богата молочка потребляю из других продуктов
      И вздутие стало намного меньше
      Живот уже так не торчит
      + больше овощей в день и воды хотя бы 5 стаканов
      Я вела два месяца дневник по питанию
      Где сделала что и ем, и как потом себя чувствую
      И вот молочка для меня да (

      Also try drinking peppermint or chamomile tea. It helps a lot with bloating.💯

    If my mother gave me birth, this incredible lady gave me a second chance at life. Her guidance has greatly improved my digestive health, and I feel renewed from within. By the way, I absolutely love that last posture where she kisses and throws it out-it's the perfect finishing touch!

    Im getting hard breath always going to bed after eat..and sleepy..im searching this 11pm now its time to sleep but i need to take this to rest my stomach. Wish i do it starting tomorrow morning for my own good..😢
