@@taropatch9720 I've had some success with HA in bone on bone OA, however I warn patients its less likely to work. I have been surprised however. It's definitely something to try. I also consider a combo cortisone + HA injection as well.
Dr. I’m going in for my second round of PRP. About 2 years ago I had this done on my elbow, it worked great, so now I’m going to try it out on my knee.

What are your experiences with cortisone and HA?
I have hip arthritis and cortisone shots work great, but only for about 4-6 weeks. Will HA work if there is no cartilage left, bone on bone?

what is better for meniscus?
i'd start with HA and then if that doesnt work move to cortisone (but also consider PRP)
