Hi! I’m an aesthetic RN and I spin my own i - PRF. I have all the proper equipment and training/protocols. I use it to inject/microneedle myself regularly for skin and hair restoration/rejuvenation. I’ve even given myself the P-shot 🍆 . Needless to say, I’m not afraid to inject myself. But my knee on the other hand is a different story. I’ve been diagnosed with arthritis and I’ve had fluid accumulations in my knee. I just wish I had a way of injecting it into my knee. Because it’s very expensive. I just wish I knew someone that can do it for me 🤔
PRF injections for the knee also have some evidence. I actually know of a clinic who is solely performing PRF injections in lieu of PRP and they their outcomes seem favourable. Hopefully you can find a colleague to help you out!

@@SonamMD 😀 Thanks for the response! Who should I ask? Ortho docs? Who is good at injecting knees?
@@MrMicahz28 Ortho, sports med, or interventional physiatry. Even Rhuem's.
Does it make your blood cloggy and more hard to supply.
