Great start to the podcast world, you should make it a regular feature. I am from Pakistan and can associate with most of things you said about sugar. Here sugar is run by mafias (mostly political dynasties) and we are the world leaders in most number of diabetics.
I never believed in the people that prompted carnivore diet primarily because I didn't know /followed them for long. I am an old follower of your channel and see you as a very logical person, I will also give it a serious go and see how it turns out.
    Good luck Pete

4 months into low oxalate/ animal based diet but dumping oxalates like crazy so don't yet feel the benefits.. you are so lucky that you didn't dump! Many people do so it might be good to mention this in your videos... not pleasant... but hoping worthwhile in the end... I'll never go back to eating veg.! .

@@pollycook7692 I did have a lot of oxalate dumping too but I started drinking lemon juice with water all the time. I buy the 1 liter bottles of lemon juice and pour about 1/4 inch in a glass and fill with water. The citric acid breaks down the oxalates and I no longer get those itchy bumps on my skin.

Deleted my response. How strange. I'll still keep my popcorn at the ready. I don't live in fear and especially not in fear of words.
