- Hey guys! Today is a bit of a different styled video for you all. It is more conversational, just like a conversation I had with a friend of mine who I haven't seen in a while. sleep is really important for growing taller. i grew from 175 to 179 since turning 18 (now im 21) bc i slept a lot during covid lockdowns lmao… and im a girl! my parents are both tall for asians tho. my doctor claimed my plates were fused at 18 so im not sure why i kept growing
Hi lovesun01! This is certainly a rare case. Potentially your torso was still growing? Or only one of your growth plate has closed? These would be my hypothesis. Welldone on your progress!

Love the content Jack never fails to disappoint. I only eat a piece of fruit and muesli bar at lunch and my friends pick on me but I'm tall and these two short kings Adam and James eat loads of chicken and rice yet they are still pretty small.

Was at 5-10 at 18, and at 22 somehow managed to go from 5-11 to 6ft but never really had too much protein growing up or much vitamin d especially being lactose intolerant so likely catch up growth, no more growth after that

I had my growth spurt when i was about 15 and didn't grow now that im 16. My thigh and knee hairs are growing and im losing hope but imma try these tips Mao.

I am 5.3/160cm
My mom is 4.11?/155cm
My dad is 5.9/175cm
I’m starting to implement all the good habits to grow and I didn’t hit my growth spurt yet (I think) nonetheless I’ll keep you updated. Btw from the part of my mom all the men are above 6.0ft/180cm but from my dads side they are mostly on the shorter side 5.7/170cm

Think about your personal developement, there's no room to think about those negative past.
Perhaps some ashwaganda. But do your research first. And just deep breathing and the the 2 step breathing technique where you breath as much as you can the sneak in an extra sniff then slowly exhale

Hi prodtrelly8941! Depends. Outdoor cycling increase your vitamin d3 absorption from the sun which can increase height. However, it is not an heavy impact activity as it does not put your bones under stress. So it certainly could, but probably not as effectively as some others.
