Quite interesting. The new buys are pretty stressful for the buyers too. Nobody wants to be the one who bought a bad product, and caused issues with the business. I like the bit too on training the sales force to know the product and how it will work for a particular business.

no, new buy means something that you do not know anything about so you need to learn as much as possible about it as possible.
