Hey, great video! I loved that you took the time to talk about creating a story. As an artist, I also explain a lot to my friends that realism isn't important when it's just bland and empty of meaning, what truely matters is the message and the feeling you want to emit, with the choices you made to come to the final result.
Eyy you are very welcome and also, thank you so much for your comment! You comment genuinely made me happy, most viewers do no watch this video to its end. Really happy to hear the ending resonated with you!
This is nice video! He teaches and providing many tutorial which are nice. I already know couple of 'em.. but for the beginner it'll help 'em faster to learn
Very cool video, and I'm glad to see that you were emphasizing that while it's nice to learn about how the assets we want are made, we often forget that we don't necessarily HAVE to always make them when beginning a project. We have to remember that as a community we want these things to be easy for EVERYONE, for the sake of art! I just thought it was an important note to touch on. Thanks for the video and nice renders!
Grazie per la spiegazione la cosa nuova che non sapevo è come modulare il terreno con displace ma ero curioso di vedere qualcuno che ha creato una scena iper realistica
Oh yeah, and the cloesing thoughts were great. I thing that is the most important part too, the history.... and probably this is the hardest (at last for me)
Ah yes, that is often the hardest part, but that is the part that makes the work our work/ makes it unique in some way. And I’m really happy to hear you connected with the closing thoughts part of the video.
@@onurerdurak Oh yeah. I'm struggling on my own animations, because IMHO, they are crap ☺ But in my defense most of the time I spend coding, and the animations I create are samples of the results from my animation addon. So.... Its harder to make a history. But I'll keep trying, even more now that I remembered that important part.... the history!!!
Thank you! I manually downloaded a few of my favorite textures, brought them into a Blender file, set up the textures, and added them to my asset browser one by one. There's also a paid Polyhaven add-on on BlenderMarket, where all their assets come in already set up for asset browser.
Eyy Im glad if it was useful! I used an hp omen 15 with rtx 2070 for years. Now Im using a 3090 desktop, it is crazy good. I’m getting a razer blade 16 with rtx 4080 soon and I’ll make a video about it. Id advise getting with something at least rtx 3090 🙌
Merhaba, Onur! and you are welcome! 🙌 The character is made with Character Creator 4 from Reallusion. You can find videos about it on my channel, it’s a paid program however, it has 14 day free trail.
Hey! Thank you! Adding terrains into the asset library should work same as adding any other object into the asset library. If you are searching for a source that already has a bunch of terrains integrated to the asset browser, I can suggest b productions "Mountain Scapes": blendermarket.com/creators/bproduction?ref=554 I hope this helps!
I used actorcore for the character’s animation. You can check out my latest video to see the details about how I use character creator, actorcore and blender.
Eyy thank you! For free rigged characters I definitely suggest mixamo. I started out with those characters. If you have a little bit of a budget, I highly recommend checking out human generator add-on. If you want to do close up on the character’s faces, I suggest Character Creator. But character creator is quite the investment.
Please don't tell me that's what happens when you animate a character with hair in blender at 00:00 to 00:06 and is it particle hair or geo nodes because I'm planning to use particle hair as geo nodes cash blender?
Make sure the texture is plugged into the alpha of the principled BSDF, crush the values using a color ramp and make sure the sun light is passing through the plane. Check the direction of the sunlight. Your HDRI might be too strong, try decreasing the strength of your HDRI. If it still doesn’t work, try setting it up from the beginning. I hope this helps, let me know! 🙌
@@onurerdurak The problem was, whenever I was using volumetrics for fog I was getting this issue. So I went to the object's properties of the Cube (Fog) under Visibility-> Ray Visibility -> uncheck shadow box. The problem was solved. Thanks man for responding to my comment. Love your work!.🙌
I haven't used GScatter but both Geo Scatter and Botaniq work the same in 4.2. You may need to update the add-ons. However, even without updating, both work the same on my end.
@@onurerdurak GSscaterr I have the last one from their site, in 4.2 without disabling the mask in geo nodes it does not work and then a mass of problems anyway. I downloaded the free one from their site.
Okay, so Gscatter and GeoScatter are completely different add-ons. As I mentioned in the video, I did not use GScatter. If it's essential to your workflow, it could be better to stay in 4.1 or 4.0
For botaniq wind, they recently updated to ENGON. However, I haven't tested it yet. Because, instead, I made myself a wind add-on that can add wind to any object with 1 click. I put out the add-on for free, you find it here: ua-cam.com/video/4QLNhIhJLoU/v-deo.html I hope this helps!
I give free grass asset options in description :) You can also find a link to polygoniq’s botaniq, which has a free version with Trees :) Please check the description 🙌
Se non riesci a capire il video vuol dire che non conosci le basi per creare una scena meno realistica e se la vuoi davvero fare mettici l'impegno e non sminuire un video così utile come questo perché mi sembra che questo video sia gratis, no?
That's my only gripe with these "tutorials", I don't have a spare 130$ to drop on this plugin. Would be nice to offer the free alternative and tips for making the end result.
