You know something?
Physical inactivity is the fourth leading cause of death worldwide and this is the biggest health problem.
In general for every health problem the direct or indirect solution is food and exercise, that we everyone
knew but to start a program or follow a program we wont have a proper reason or motivation.
so this is the best opportunity for you to start your exercise because exercise will not only benifit you
but your baby also.
studies indicate that regular exercise is associated with reduced rates of preeclampsia, gestational diabetes,
caesarean, low-back pain, anxiety, nausea, heartburn, insomnia, leg cramps
women may experience depression when she is pregnant and this depression can lead to premature labour. if you are in depression or
taking unnecessary stress your body will release cortisol, and cortisol is a stress hormone. so now all your stress and depression is
also stress for your baby, if your baby is under the influence of stress they develop behaviour problems and stress related diseases
later in life, considering antenatal depression and higher infant stress hormones levels can lead to reduced attachment and mother-child
bonding.
In these nine months your body have to go through cardiovascular system, respiratory system, hormonal changes , skeletal alignment etc.. to maintain
balance in all organs and systems your body just needs proper food and exercise.
I think you know this even after a person is dead if we start CPR with in 5-9 minutes, chances are very high for his survival, see even after one is
dead with small support your body is coming alive, but when your body is alive how are we supporting our body.
just think once and take a intitiative for you and your next generation. see you take care.
