Hi, I'm wondering whether when you say "To the left" if I can move to my right. That way, it would be easier to mimic what you're doing. When I've tried following your directions to a T, I find that I don't get it quite right. So, what I'm wondering is if there's a certain order to these Qigong exercises - first the left, and then the right? Or is that not important? I'd like some insight into this. Thank you.
You can follow exactly what he is doing or you can look at him like a mirror, it’s fine to do that too!
