- This 15 minute Qigong stretching routine is designed to stretch the entire body and work on your flexibility. The routine consists of back bends and twists, shoulders and hip stretches and exercises for balance and coordination. Ideal as a morning routine to stretch stiff muscles and before bed to release muscle tension and relax. EnJOY your practice and remember, to be gentle and always listen to your body.

Hi Marie, when it comes to the knees, please work within your comfortable range. I often recommend only put 70% effort.

What a lovely place. A best thing i saw is Not using Yoga Mat, otherwise ppl use yoga mat even if they have grass feild. If someone follows this vdo everyday religiously then he or she is bound to achieve the targeted weight and stay fit forever. Keep pouring more & join me for timed workout plans. I have done this practice many times, today I did it on the beach.
