unfortunately I can't do all the exercises because I have spinal stenosis. The vertebrae are calcified with degenerative changes and there are hemangiomas on the 3rd and 5th vertebrae, 13mm and 15mm. I'm sad because I'm in a lot of pain. thank you master for the education.😢
