Thank you I just joined. I used to walk an hour to hour and a half everyday. I had an accident 3 years ago. I am still having trouble. I will give this ago. I do have a still rod in my right thigh. I broke my femur bone and did a lot of other damage. I pray I can do this. Your mom looks great . I am 73 years young also 😊😊😊

If standing is difficult, then chair/seated workouts may be a good place to begin! Go at a pace that is comfortable for you and go from there! I don't know if you already have one, but it might help if you put a mirror in front so that Aiko not only has your verbal instructions but can also see what you are doing so she can follow easily! Sometimes when I hear "left" or "right"', I have to give it an extra second to think which way it is; but if you see it in the mirror, you don't have to think. Love watching you two! Day 3 complete!😀 I got a great cardio and strength workout at the same time, because I used 2-pound weights through all the exercises (except for the warmup and cooldown). I'm feeling quite "dewey" now and could really go for some of that shaved ice! For now, I'm drinking water, which also helps. I did the "tricep kickback" move with my arms on the step-outs and step-backs and followed April's arm moves for the rest. I'm not sure how many steps I did with this workout because I forgot to check my step count before I started, but I think it was at least 2,000 and possibly over 2,500.
WOW! 👏 You out did yourself with this workout! You gave your heart and muscles a dewy round of exercise and using 2lb weights was definitely a BIG plus! 👏 Nice work! Drinking water was the best although the shaved ice would be sooo tempting! 🍧 You did good choosing water! 😉👏 2500 steps is impressive and you deserve another BIG "pat on the back!" so this is another way to enjoy your videos. At 12:30 AM I was having trouble sleeping, tossing and turning etc. So I decided to just get up and turn on video #3 after which I had a small cup of coffee. I went back to bed and slept like a baby. I don't know why this worked it just did. So very weird. Thanks for helping me sleep!! 🤣

I don't know if you already have one, but it might help if you put a mirror in front so that Aiko not only has your verbal instructions but can also see what you are doing so she can follow easily! Sometimes when I hear "left" or "right"', I have to give it an extra second to think which way it is; but if you see it in the mirror, you don't have to think. Love watching you two! Day 3 complete!😀 I got a great cardio and strength workout at the same time, because I used 2-pound weights through all the exercises (except for the warmup and cooldown). I'm feeling quite "dewey" now and could really go for some of that shaved ice! For now, I'm drinking water, which also helps. I did the "tricep kickback" move with my arms on the step-outs and step-backs and followed April's arm moves for the rest. I'm not sure how many steps I did with this workout because I forgot to check my step count before I started, but I think it was at least 2,000 and possibly over 2,500.

so this is another way to enjoy your videos. At 12:30 AM I was having trouble sleeping, tossing and turning etc. So I decided to just get up and turn on video #3 after which I had a small cup of coffee. I went back to bed and slept like a baby. I don't know why this worked it just did. So very weird. Thanks for helping me sleep!! 🤣

Day 13 of the 30-day intermediate workout. I used weights for a little while but then put them away, because of neck strain; otherwise this was an easy workout for me. P S: the secret word was "laugh". Good one.
