    Great workout. Happy to see that Mom at age 81 is still moving and which tells a lot of us that exercise is medicine 🥰 for a healthy body.

    Hey friends! Eleven months! Down 45 pounds and still going. You both have kept me moving and kept me smiling. I'm on day 11 of your of the 30 Day Intermediate Challenge and I did the recommended video followed by this fun workout, NYC Day 3. I love this one and do it often. It takes me back!!!!     I was introduced to your 10 min walk in place by my 81 year old mom. I'm 60 and I am starting out with the 10 minute video and will work my way up. Your mom inspires me to do it. I'm in Hawaii and we do love our shave ice. I have introduced your videos to my coworkers and we do it together at work sometimes.

    I am 53 this year and I've been indoors in my tiny apt going on 3 years, my daughters worry about me not exercising and I am so glad to find this video, it's just my speed.

    Thank you I just joined. I used to walk an hour to hour and a half everyday. I had an accident 3 years ago. I am still having trouble. I will give this ago. I do have a still rod in my right thigh. I broke my femur bone and did a lot of other damage. I pray I can do this. Your mom looks great . I am 73 years young also 😊😊😊

      Thank you and welcome! Nice of you to join us! Sorry to know of your recent health issues. It is good that as a young 73yo you want to begin exercising again. If standing is difficult, then chair/seated workouts may be a good place to begin! Go at a pace that is comfortable for you and go from there! Your heart and muscles receive the same good health benefits and just moving will help to strengthen your body. Start with 5min and add more minutes each time. Be patient and take it easy!     Day 13 ☑️❤️ looking forward to day 14 of stretching. I do my own static stretches daily before and after every workout but looking forward to doing something that is extended and full body.

    Hi there April and Aiko! I don't know if you already have one, but it might help if you put a mirror in front so that Aiko not only has your verbal instructions but can also see what you are doing so she can follow easily! Sometimes when I hear "left" or "right"', I have to give it an extra second to think which way it is; but if you see it in the mirror, you don't have to think. Love watching you two! Thanks so much for the videos!

    Love this!!!! I'm 75 and I try to work out 30 minutes a day on a treadmill. But these exercises are great.

    Day 3 complete!😀 I got a great cardio and strength workout at the same time, because I used 2-pound weights through all the exercises (except for the warmup and cooldown). I'm feeling quite "dewey" now and could really go for some of that shaved ice! For now, I'm drinking water, which also helps. I did the "tricep kickback" move with my arms on the step-outs and step-backs and followed April's arm moves for the rest. I'm not sure how many steps I did with this workout because I forgot to check my step count before I started, but I think it was at least 2,000 and possibly over 2,500.

    so this is another way to enjoy your videos. At 12:30 AM I was having trouble sleeping, tossing and turning etc. So I decided to just get up and turn on video #3 after which I had a small cup of coffee. I went back to bed and slept like a baby. I don't know why this worked it just did. So very weird. Thanks for helping me sleep!! 🤣

When you engage your core, you brace and tighten the muscles in your torso core to keep your spine safe and stable.     Day 13 of the 30-day intermediate workout. I used weights for a little while but then put them away, because of neck strain; otherwise this was an easy workout for me. P S: the secret word was "laugh". Good one.
