Good morning, April and Aiko! I still haven't been able to get back into my regular workout routine, but today is another Monday, and I'm trying again. I did this workout before breakfast and am about to make myself a high protein breakfast in a few minutes. It was helpful to hear the reminder about the recommended 25g of protein in this video. I did this workout alongside a balance 10mins and a core 10mins this morning (all yes2next). This worked well for me because I could focus on all the areas I feel are needed. The time went so quickly, and I really feel ready for my morning coffee! My cat watches me in a bemused sort of way. She then starts asking for treats halfway through 😂🐈

I have been weight training for 20 months as I type this and was getting a bit stiff, the flexibility routine is helping already and now mum does it too. She’s 80, and I am her live in carer. I just finished this morning walk. Good start to the day. I have been having a lot of back and hip pain so a visit to my chiro was done yesterday so that was a rest day for me. Today, I will also look up some hip exercises and do some dedicated stretches. It is a snow day here on the West Coast of Canada. This after about a week of deep freeze temperatures. Once this starts to warm up over next couple of days we will be back to our good old rain.

Never gets old. Waking up exercises are fun and doable. I stopped for awhile and just tracked my steps with a step tracker device, covered ground and saw the sights, but not as fun as this. Love the back and forth quips with you and your mom. Blessings for all the good you do for seniors.

I've been laid up for 6 weeks after a accident. I finally got my doctors ok to exercise again. So I tried your 10 minute walk from a few years ago. It feels so good to be back and my body feels good to be back at it again! Tomorrow I'll try this one.
So good to be back after cancer diagnosis, radiation treatments, and time to regain energy and desire to exercise.

I did this workout before breakfast and am about to make myself a high protein breakfast in a few minutes. It was helpful to hear the reminder about the recommended 25g of protein in this video. I did this workout alongside a balance 10mins and a core 10mins this morning (all yes2next). This worked well for me because I could focus on all the areas I feel are needed. The time went so quickly, and I really feel ready for my morning coffee! My cat watches me in a bemused sort of way. She then starts asking for treats halfway through 😂🐈

I have been weight training for 20 months as I type this and was getting a bit stiff, the flexibility routine is helping already and now mum does it too. She’s 80, and I am her live in carer. I just finished this morning walk. Good start to the day. I have been having a lot of back and hip pain so a visit to my chiro was done yesterday so that was a rest day for me. Today, I will also look up some hip exercises and do some dedicated stretches. It is a snow day here on the West Coast of Canada. This after about a week of deep freeze temperatures. Once this starts to warm up over next couple of days we will be back to our good old rain.

Never gets old. Waking up exercises are fun and doable. I stopped for awhile and just tracked my steps with a step tracker device, covered ground and saw the sights, but not as fun as this. Love the back and forth quips with you and your mom. Blessings for all the good you do for seniors.

Nice! I am actually ending my work period (all day on a computer), but I did one of the warm up ones when I needed a break in the middle of the day! Your exercise videos short or long always put a smile on my face.

I used this video the first morning after I flew back East this week so I could wake myself up on eastern time early in the morning. It worked wonders to help my brain and body get ready for a full day of meetings, even though my body was still on pacific time! The release of this video was perfectly timed - thank you! ❤
