I am 82 and have stenosis, piriformis syndrome and bursitis in both hips. This means that many workouts on line are just too demanding and sometimes damaging. But even at my age, we still need to keep moving and, because you do this with your lovely mum, you give me confidence to work with you. I feel so much more mobile afterwards and can do my hobbies without stimulating more back pain so these sessions really do improve the quality of life, so much so, that my husband has joined me every morning now. So thank you both so much for these sessions - you are bringing so much benefit to we older folks!

I have such a postive outlook on my future progress because of you two! I'm only in my early 30s but I'm very over weight which makes me a lot less mobile than I would like to be. The "normal" workouts and stretching has always been impossible or even painful so it was easy to put off but your videos give me hope. I plan to start with lots of gentle stretching before moving onto your 5 minute workouts in a few weeks. I promised myself I would start super slow to ease my body into movement without fear of injuring myself. I'm seriously so excited.

Good evening ladies , I've missed you & due to Grand dog sitting I've developed self - inflicted soreness by his unexpected leaps & runs during his multiple long walks . He's a Bernese Mountain poodle mix so he was behaving as one would expect except I discovered I wasn't physically as fit as needed . I love our Grand puppy , he was great company , well - behaved and miss him after a week of having him with us . After completing the Gentle Stretching #3 I realized how uncomfortable it felt to do so I'll be working my way up to this level of exercise. Thank you & have a peaceful night

I am now 61 and have never really enjoyed physical sport at school. Prior and during the pandemic I attended a Barn Dance Fitness class which we all did during the lockdowns online; our tutor mentioned your link and I have dipped into it ever since. I had done this exercise when you first released it but was interrupted and never submitted my comment. I've just completed this one again, and have found that after a vigorous routine this is an ideal post stretch. The ahs you expressed during the stretches was exactly how I felt! I’m 76 and just went through 2 hip replacements this year. My left hip took 4 months to recover because the muscles in that hip have atrophied so bad I still can barely walk without a cane or walker. I found a couple of your videos and have been doing them for a couple weeks now and I’m regaining my ability to walk. I can now take several steps without my cane. Your exercises are so gentile I look forward to doing them every day. I love you and your mom (and kitty).

At long last , I've been recovering from a serious fall while walking my daughter's dog on April Fools day ! I have a little physical therapy but there's nothing like moving with each of you . I miss each of you & my body has been craving to workout like I used too . This workout was best suited for now & I couldn't be more pleased . When your mother said she felt sleepy after doing some of the stretching, I was feeling the same thing when I was doing the gentle stretching. It made me chuckle to know I was not the only one feeling this way. This set of stretching exercises would be great for me just before I go to bed.

Don’t know if you have done this or not, but I would so much appreciate a 7 day video series for stretching. I’ve done #1 and #3- can’t seem to find #2. I love the way Mochi looks around when you "oil" your mom's shoulder. He is such a cutie. Also the arm reach. When I do in the warm up, everything still feels so tight, but when it comes up again during the stretching exercises, I can tell my muscles have loosened up. I love this stretching workout. I was a school librarian, and I was used to being on my feet for much of the day interacting with students, and being outside for yard duty during breaks. Since I retirement I noticed a lot of stiffness in my joints. I was looking for stretch videos when I came upon your videos. I have become completely hooked on your exercise videos. When I was younger I was a long distance runner, as the injuries mounted, I switched to walking daily. I love doing your videos on days when it’s too cold, or stormy to be outside for long. (I live in Ontario, Canada) Your gentle approach with a dash of humour is refreshing. You keep things real, and you are inspiring. Thank you again.

Love this stretching exercise and many of your others as well. I do this one at least 3-4 times a week. Would you ever consider doing a gentle exercise class for people with osteoporosis?

I am 82 and have stenosis, piriformis syndrome and bursitis in both hips. This means that many workouts on line are just too demanding and sometimes damaging. But even at my age, we still need to keep moving and, because you do this with your lovely mum, you give me confidence to work with you. I feel so much more mobile afterwards and can do my hobbies without stimulating more back pain so these sessions really do improve the quality of life, so much so, that my husband has joined me every morning now. So thank you both so much for these sessions - you are bringing so much benefit to we older folks!

I have such a postive outlook on my future progress because of you two! I'm only in my early 30s but I'm very over weight which makes me a lot less mobile than I would like to be. The "normal" workouts and stretching has always been impossible or even painful so it was easy to put off but your videos give me hope.
I plan to start with lots of gentle stretching before moving onto your 5 minute workouts in a few weeks. I promised myself I would start super slow to ease my body into movement without fear of injuring myself. I'm seriously so excited.

Good evening ladies , I've missed you & due to Grand dog sitting I've developed self - inflicted soreness by his unexpected leaps & runs during his multiple long walks . He's a Bernese Mountain poodle mix so he was behaving as one would expect except I discovered I wasn't physically as fit as needed . I love our Grand puppy , he was great company , well - behaved and miss him after a week of having him with us . After completing the Gentle Stretching #3 I realized how uncomfortable it felt to do so I'll be working my way up to this level of exercise. Thank you & have a peaceful night

I am now 61 and have never really enjoyed physical sport at school. Prior and during the pandemic I attended a Barn Dance Fitness class which we all did during the lockdowns online; our tutor mentioned your link and I have dipped into it ever since. I had done this exercise when you first released it but was interrupted and never submitted my comment. I've just completed this one again, and have found that after a vigorous routine this is an ideal post stretch. The ahs you expressed during the stretches was exactly how I felt! I’m 76 and just went through 2 hip replacements this year. My left hip took 4 months to recover because the muscles in that hip have atrophied so bad I still can barely walk without a cane or walker. I found a couple of your videos and have been doing them for a couple weeks now and I’m regaining my ability to walk. I can now take several steps without my cane. Your exercises are so gentile I look forward to doing them every day. I love you and your mom (and kitty).

At long last , I've been recovering from a serious fall while walking my daughter's dog on April Fools day ! I have a little physical therapy but there's nothing like moving with each of you . I miss each of you & my body has been craving to workout like I used too . This workout was best suited for now & I couldn't be more pleased . Don’t know if you have done this or not, but I would so much appreciate a 7 day video series for stretching. I’ve done #1 and #3- can’t seem to find #2. I love the way Mochi looks around when you "oil" your mom's shoulder. He is such a cutie. Also the arm reach. When I do in the warm up, everything still feels so tight, but when it comes up again during the stretching exercises, I can tell my muscles have loosened up. I love this stretching workout. Really enjoyed this stretching class. Lovely to do just out of bed and then shower ! Set up for the day. Getting granddaughters from school this afternoon and will have a nice nature walk with them . House will be full of leaves and stands but hey I can stretch some more to tidy up !

I was a school librarian, and I was used to being on my feet for much of the day interacting with students, and being outside for yard duty during breaks. Since I retirement I noticed a lot of stiffness in my joints. I was looking for stretch videos when I came upon your videos. I have become completely hooked on your exercise videos. When I was younger I was a long distance runner, as the injuries mounted, I switched to walking daily. I love doing your videos on days when it’s too cold, or stormy to be outside for long. (I live in Ontario, Canada) Your gentle approach with a dash of humour is refreshing. You keep things real, and you are inspiring. Thank you again.

Love this stretching exercise and many of your others as well. I do this one at least 3-4 times a week. Would you ever consider doing a gentle exercise class for people with osteoporosis?

Since osteoporosis affects people differently, it is very important to check with your doctor on the types of exercises that are best for you. I love your videos! ❤ Last year I was doing many of your exercises daily and I felt so good. In October I developed shingles and I’m just getting back to normal.
