Here’s the really stupid part… assets and inheritance acquired before marriage are NOT community property in California. So, her husband could have avoided ending four lives if he’d just consulted a divorce attorney. Likely out of his 7 million, he would have only had to have shared a small amount of that… he would have still had millions for himself.
Such property starts out as separate property, but if you ever commingle them with marital assets, then they become community property. For example if you have the inheritance in a bank account and deposit one dollar of marital assets into the account, the entire bank balance becomes community property.
@@DavidJao Thanks for that info, and I’m surprised it’s that simple to legally commingle money, and unless I’m missing something I think the way the law is written is flawed. In CA can anyone deposit cash into another person’s account as long as they have a deposit slip? Here in MI you definitely can. Ha ha! Yes, there's always this urge to comment immediately. Probably because of a need for attention, since an early comment will likely bring replies, while later comments don't.
That’s a tough one. If the homeowner says everything is fine and the cops disregard that “for the home owner’s safety” I could definitely see the public outraging for the police infringing on their privacy on their private property. Swatting is sort of the same situation. Somebody calls the police to provoke the police to break into somebody’s home. This always ends with either saving (or attempting) to save people or some very upset people who had their door broken into. There is no 100% solution to make everyone happy. I believe safety should come first, so if there is a risk, act. But now we are right back to where this all started.
That photo of the two with his fist behind her neck was a gigantic red flag right off the bat. The closed fist at the back of her neck is such an odd way to pose for a photograph. It's like he couldn't warmly place his open palm on her shoulder, but he didnt mind using a clenched fist resting against her spinal cord like he has power over her. It looks like a man who subconsciously needs power over women.
I am surprised that the police have not been sued for depriving a twelve year old boy of his mother...or maybe that is yet to come....certainly makes you wonder how the cops in that town deal with DV situations..
Him saying the name of the neighborhood he lives in activated Bixby on my phone 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ also how yall saying this is the fault of the police? She said there was nobody on her property, and made the decision to go around back to open the gate knowing the risk. Unless it was obvious someone was being killed in the back yard, I'd argue they did everything they could. She wanted them to go through the gate rather than the house. What were they supposed to do? Violate her rights, and enter her home without a valid warrant?
Are we forgetting the part where she got stabbed 10 times and that he had enough time to go into her house and steal her stuff? All while the police were standing at her front door…? Not hearing or doing much of anything. Not saying they were in on it, but that’s negligence on their part
@riggamorrischan have you ever heard a police radio? There were 6 of them over there, and nobody knows if she made any noise when she died. There was still nothing they could do. They had no probable cause, and the homeowner didn't grant them entry to the house.
I think you are assuming too much. I don’t think she refused, I think it never came up. I think she just said I’ll open the gate for you and they all thought that was fine. It would have been common sense to have the cops go with her. But it is completely common sense that they would think she was safe with them there. Still, no noise, and they waited while he killed her and he ransacked two rooms? It is all very bizarre.
It’s crazy, but if you think 🤔 about it…. LITERALLY EVERYONE INVOLVED, The victim, the killer, the husband, the middleman, the police…… ALL HAD THE WORST LUCK IN THEIR ENTIRE LIFE ALL STEMMING FROM THE EXACT SAME 1 MINUTE TIME FRAME. 🤷🏻♂️
I'd hesitate to blame the police completely. She did refuse them entry. Who would expect a hitman. The police thought it was a burglar, and they usually run when know the police are there. This case was exceptional. The woman was adamant nobody was there and the police thought they were just following procedure by making sure.
I never heard she refused them entry and was adamant. When was that stated in the video? I think they all just assumed she was ok and with them their she was safe. Still seems that they should have gone with her.
I think also standard procedure would have required them to go with her. Again, where in the video did it say they specifically asked to accompany her and that she refused…adamantly?
Ok she “insisted everything was all right”. But that isn’t a refusal to let them in, and it never specifically says they asked to enter and accompany her for her safety. Those are two different statements. I don’t believe that came up and she flat refused.

I don't see how this is their fault. She was adamant that nobody was on her property. She decided to go around back knowing the risks rather than allowing the police to walk through her home.
@@justinkaufman495 Apparently none of them were thinking "What if..".
@@esoniqplyr1but even if they were she didn't give them permission to enter the home. If they didn't hear her in distress they have no ability to enter the home. (The 4th ammendment)
Sounded like bubbled mafia, when you said Camelarie I laughed. Another sad case with great quips. I sure wish women could get away from these 😈before too late. Thanks Dr G😊💘💘
I bet the killer is a laughing stock in prison.
All three.. what morons.
Dr Grande I must applaud you for your recent video titles. Truly eye catching
Imagine being home and getting stabbed to death while the police are right outside your house. I wonder if they even realized she was murdered in their presence? Probably not.
*LOL* The names Dr. Grande comes up with!!
Methinks that oversized beard was overcompensation.
He was not the one with tiny genitals, that was the burglar who took steroids
I understood it that it was the hitman whose genitals had shrunk because of steroids use. The guy with the oversized beard is the husband who is now incarcerated. 🤠🌞
Probably just thought, "What's the point of shaving for the ladies if I've got a micro-penis?"
For what ? ,I thought it was the other bloke.
@@mikesaunders4775 the age difference.
He won't have to worry about food that's too spicy in prison.
This video came out 13 minutes ago, is 14 minutes long, and yet there are already umpteen comments on its content.
Ha ha! Yes, there's always this urge to comment immediately.
Probably because of a need for attention, since an early comment will likely bring replies, while later comments don't.
@@bretfisher7286 Thanks for the tip. As always, I look for ways that will guarantee me the most attention.
The “Petite Privates Prowler”….omg, I accidentally spit out my prednisone….😅😂
UC?
The title, lol lol. Dr. Grande and keeping a straight face!!!. #Priceless
He could have also been called the Pencil Peen Punisher. But i think he feared being sued by Marvel. 😂
This is about his balls though, we don’t know about his girth.
Two guys were willing to end someone for 5k? Jeeezus Gajeebus.
Dr.Grande does be lighting these folk up.😂
I remember this Dateline episode. I recall her son Charlie was a super kid
Tragic for her son and family.
The subtitles just keep getting better...
Goodness! That knife looks terrifying! iSo tragic! So sad for Lynn and her loved ones' loss.
the killer is completely nuts
Thereby rendering his testicles redundant?
Dr. Grande being an Aquarius makes so much sense lol. Thank you for the content as always!
Dumb, Dumber, and Dumberer...."When Fred Met Frank and Nick"
Imagine the terror of being killed and those faces being the last you see.
The cops involved should have resigned. How pathetic those guilty are. RIP lady.
I’m sorry but I chuckled a lot through this and I love Dr. Grande! 🌵
Incredibly made video per usual Dr. Grande, thank you! 🎉
Stabbed accidentally 10 times...uh-huh..
Is there a required course in droll humor to get one's PhD in Psychology?
You're pretty good, Doc!
Came into her apartment , there were bloodstains on the carpet.
As they came into the bedroom they can see she was enabled
I laughed when he said all those calls he made were just an accident. Did he really think someone would believe that?
I did not hear about this case before but I love Dr. Todd' stuff and well, the 'undersized genitals' had me lol
What was his cultural extraction?
Sorry this is unrelated, but to comment about this, Dr. Grande looks great in light colored shirts.
Wow! Nick used to be my personal trainer. I was wondering what happened to him!
I remember hearing about this. So sad.
And the damned cute dog did not bark. What’s with THAT!!!!???
@@ArtU4All not sure. Seems like the dog might have had it out for her. Maybe he was in on it too.
Shouldn't they file a case against the police department for their negligence?
It’s crazy, but if you think 🤔 about it…. LITERALLY EVERYONE INVOLVED, The victim, the killer, the husband, the middleman, the police…… ALL HAD THE WORST LUCK IN THEIR ENTIRE LIFE ALL STEMMING FROM THE EXACT SAME 1 MINUTE TIME FRAME. 🤷🏻♂️
Wow this is wild.... so he killed her while 6 police present..I wonder what was he high off of
OMG the Dr. Grande shade! Lol
I'd hesitate to blame the police completely. She did refuse them entry. Who would expect a hitman. The police thought it was a burglar, and they usually run when know the police are there. This case was exceptional. The woman was adamant nobody was there and the police thought they were just following procedure by making sure.
They failed miserably they thought someone might be in her backyard period end of story.
Never heard of such a crazy case
Obviously Dr grande has a set of "grande crystal ballz", mucho grande bien
Oh my Lord! This is absolutely horrible!
Hi Dr. Grande! I have a request but I don’t know where to write them. Can you report on Jeffrey Scullin, he murdered his fiancée’s mom. His behavior is mind boggling. You can view his interrogations, there’s 2; also his sentencing hearing. Another is Josh Powell, another boggling interrogation! If you’ve done these, forgive me. Where can I find them or please repost! Love your show and your arid dry sense of humor! Kathy in NJ (south Jersey) lol
Sub-contracting a hit....now I've seen it all
