Damn. Im new to the channel and i feel the same way about goals i try to set for myself. I say im gonna do it but then i end up laying in my bed wasting my day away. Its tough. Just find what makes you happy and do it bro. If you try to force yourself itll be easier to fall off of it. At least thats how its been for me when i try to set goals for things i feel like i should do.
Honestly same, i also have shit load of anxiety, lack of any kind of energy with motivation (it gets me so much time to complete some games even) and probably chronic depression too (but cant go to good therapy cus i don't have money for that here anyway), but so far im currently doing fine i guess. So all good and power to you, Hope. Rest well and don't force it. If you doing it for yourself then uploads even once a week is fine tbh. Anyways, from what are you saying, i think you will absolutely love Rakkyo (KnK) LN's and even Movies, this younger Mushroom shit is so heavy and beautiful, like god damn, it really is the Boundary of Emptiness. It was probably my favorite Nasu work before Mahoyo.

Everything about you about your depression it's understandable you're not alone in your hobbies of what you do after work there's no shame of doing what you like to calm you down after work it's a hobby you enjoy and it makes you happy but if I may as one who has anxiety to and rewind after everything in my life I would like to depart some knowledge three things we should know that makes us happy first You know who You are and what you enjoy and what do you want in life second it's to be kindne to ourselves and to those around us and third one most important is understanding who You are and what makes you cuz there's power and strength in that satisfaction and feeling satisfied of living your life how you wish what makes you feel comfortable and the things we enjoy is what makes us all happy in our own ways we all have always and I'm sure you have a lot of friends support you as well as family so keep your chin up let your heart guide your way in for life and that is all we can in life sure we may have ups and downs in life but the most important thing is those around us Believe in us and for them we keep going stronger in many ways but we can only be that by doing better I don't know if you've heard this before but quote a wise man it is the nature of something that makes it important not it's form weirdest things that made the eye like people so keep up the good work and good luck
