So...the Bozar. The Bozar is very difficult to tier for general use as it is *not* a "general use" gun. For starters...don't bother picking it up if you aren't grabbing Hand Loader as the Match rounds are *required* in abundance for proper use of the gun. At its heart, the Bozar is a long-range weapon that would be an easy S-tier general weapon...if it didn't have so much base spread. If the base spread of the weapon were .4 instead of .75, it would be making everyone's top list. But, because of that spread...you have to use Match as your general purpose round to use it at the ranges that it shines most. The Bozar is also one of very few weapons that may have you changing ammo types in the middle of a fight with a single opponent...with match for initiation and then a swap to either HP or AP depending on the armor situation when they get to medium or lower range. This also means that you have to have a good eye for optimal ranges for different ammo types. The Bozar requires a lot from the player to be used effectively...and they player *will* be rewarded for doing so...but it is a relatively low reward for the learning curve.
I think the K9000 was designed for the police in that dog city that has like a million robodogs or something. I think the brain is from one of those K-9s from before the great war
Another awesome video dude! I'm really enjoying the compilations as you finish each category 😃 Any chance of an enemies tier list? After weapons, it could be the deepest dive into New Vegas. Each video could focus on a faction (Powder Gangers, NCR etc), type (Deathclaws, Bighorners etc) or a type within a faction (Legionaires in CL or Troopers in NCR, Nightkin in the Super Mutant 'faction' etc).
The Shoulder-Mounted Machinegun is my favorite gun in the game for hunting cazadors...and is just kind of generically useful for a lot of enemies. I think it gets treated unfairly a lot of the time, and I don't really understand why. I think it might just be that people see a weapon categorized as a "Heavy Gun" and decide that if it isn't good for deathclaws, it's just bad.
10:00 maybe im just fun killer but i really find using really heavy weapons whitout the proper instrument a bit excessive, what i mean is boost to the max strength to be able using minigun whitout using power armor is more a apocalityc fallout 3 like style,go around in predator outfit shooting whit a minigun , here the approach to the weapons make me really appreciate the idea of using power armor not only to be unstoppable but too for that help in strength that really make the buff matter something , after that have 10 strength still make the game punch the hell out of your enemies.
In my humble opinion avenger minigun is maybe the best from the heavy machine gun's list. Light machine gun is pretty descent for non unique weapon in terms of damage and stability. K9000 and specially fido are really interesting alternatives to miniguns but their weight is the biggest turn off. The shoulder machine gun it was big disappointment for my expectations to be honest its heavy it needs repair ammo kits and it has low damage. Bozar looks fun to use but there some problems with it first of all is very expensive its eating your ammo really fast and the recoil kicks super hard.

These compilations are really helping me get my fix in. Adore your stuff!!
Thanks glad that you are liking them.
@@ReapeeRon Always love your stuff! Keep it up!
The k9000 is the best gun in the game for the simple reason it's the only gun with a reciprocating barrel.
I personally love the k9000 just because of the ears and noises it makes. I feel bad not using it lol
Personally I like to think of it as walking the dog and letting it chase squirrels(raiders)
Really like the new thumbnail style. Did not like the AI stuff, but this seems like you're putting effort in!
Thanks, yeah I like the way the new ones have been turning out. Still using AI but more for the Livestream thumbnails then the video ones.

Never been a fan of the heavy weapons but great content for those who do want to use them.
While watching this video, I present y'all a question; If a future Fallout game revisits the skill system then should the Big Guns Skill return?
Yeah the bozar is crazy good in f2. In NV not so much
Why not express the crit chance as a percent? Like 2% for the minigun
Because it is based off of how much luck you have X the crit chance and then add in some perks that effect it.
For the sake of crit calculations the decimal form makes sense 👍
Man youre the Best. I love the smsmg. Its not the greatest but i dont care lol

I've been binging your videos through my latest FNV playthrough, love them!! What's the spawn increase mod you're using in your footage?
