It's time to reinvent yourself, join a group, take up a hobby, volunteer
Church socials, the list goes on, we all experience lows but you have to keep moving, join a seniors center they often have activities and they travel.some of them even offer transportation,for non drivers Something to think about .🤔 God bless you 🙏 and happy trails.
