Yes. Getting old is not what is easy to get used to. It is a constant every day battle. To move every day. To eat properly. To drink enough of water. To get enough of sleep. Not get a lot of stress. Thank You.
More protein means eating more real food. A huge part of the population is eating junk food, which is food that lacks nutrition.

RDA for protein is 0.8 grams *per kg of body weight* per day.
More protein won;t build muscle. People need to do the work to build muscle. And they need to move their bodies to maintain mobility.
