It’s funny how they say that the carnivore diet is a “new thing”.
Our ancestors have been eating the carnivore “diet” for millions of years. It’s evident in the bones that are dug up. We’re the only species that have crooked teeth, you won’t see crooked teeth in any animal in the wild. Even the teeth from million year old jaws that were found didn’t have crooked teeth. Dental misalignment comes from low nutrients, like fruits and veggies. We’ve only been eating the standard diet you see today for about a 100 years. We thrive by just eating meat. The true multivitamin

Literally none of that is true…. Even before the Neolithic revolution the primary amount of calories came from the “gathers” not the “hunters”.

We're Omnivores. We ate fruit and veg long before we ate Dairy. Lactose intolerance affects over 50% of the world's population to varying degrees.
Until Very recently, Humans didn't have the luxury of excluding entire food groups, and many still don't.
Carnivore is a modern diet by those metrics

Elevated cortisol every day, using the protein you need for tissue repair for gluconeogenesis, straining the kidneys from the toxic byproduct of gluconeogenesis. Look for all of these being why docs do a hard 180 degree turn on that approach in a few years.

@Kinesiology411 paul saladino is the only guy who turned 180 because he overdosed himself with liver. And too long into ketosis.
You have never heard of carb therapy for any pathologic intervention.

@@Myo.mechanic I actually have put MANY clients on my 30+ years as an athletic trainer and nutritional consultant onto having more carbs for therapeutic and general health reasons. Carbs are essential, so protein isn't used to great glucose and can be used for tissue repair, and ketones are purely for survival. Without carbs, your body thinks you're starving and Jack's up your stress hormones, which catabolizes your own muscles and organs, btw. So yeah...

@cedrickkevinnanini9219 Lillie Kane is another Carnivore that started introducing fruit.
She also revealed a lot of Carnivore influencers eat carbs but don't show that to their followers.
Carnivore is definitely better than eating tonnes of processed food or being Vegan but it's not the ultimate health diet

@sadboi88 i saw her video and she mentioned she has low copper. Just like with any diet. You can get it wrong. If she ate more liver. She probably would have been better. Or eat chicken instead of beef. Or fish.
But instead she ate broccoli. Something that cant be found in nature. And known for its bitter taste and oxalate content.
95% Carenivore is still carnivore even 80% is still carnivore.
