  • Plants contain 1000's of phytochemicals, many of which have effects on the human body. Plant sterols can have this specific effect on red blood cells that many people don't know about.
Dr Mason and I discuss this and other important things that can affect your health in this video.
Dr. Paul Mason is a specialist in Sports and Exercise Medicine Physician holding a degree with honors Medicine, a bachelors degree in Physiotherapy and a master's degree in Occupational Health. He is a renown expert in evidence based nutrition, treating both the general public and elite athletes. Understanding that the word doctor derives from the Latin word for 'teacher', Dr Mason places a significant emphasis on the education of his patients, empowering them to make informed decisions that are right for them. First and foremost, he focuses on diet and lifestyle ahead of pharmaceuticals, and has no time for bad science driven by ideology.

My mom was very ill and was taking a freezer bag full of drugs. I had to pick her up and put her in the car. Went to heart Dr and I took everything with me. I told the Dr that we need to go through this, he was not happy but I stood my ground and he sat down and went bottle by bottle and I kid you not she left having to take 3 meds and she regained her strength. Older people sometimes need someone to advocate for them. They go to several Drs and get prescriptions from all of them and most of the time never tell the next Dr what they’re taking. Please stand up for your parents.

@@theresehazen528 some older people share a belief that Rockefeller's medicine may cure them but in most cases the artificial drugs mask the cause of disease not cure it thus they go to more doctors for "better" cures. Medical system is an Industry where everybody gets rich while many patients becone chronically ill. We need finctional medical system where all successful modalities are used to address the causes not just symptoms of a disease. Eliminating herbs, ignoring poor diet or chronic stress ensure the patients stays ill and is the soouce of money. Time to open the eyes and asking questions or ditch conventional doctors and look for functional that means alternative medicine.

I'm an American veteran 70 yr old/ female herbalist.
My VA Dr. In 2023 told me I'm his only patient (of over 200) that is not on any prescription meds. Then apologized for laughing at me 7 years ago when he became my Dr. for doing everything I can with food & herbs.
He said his average patient is on over 15 meds. During the peak of 2020 I told him how to prevent illness, then after the jab I told him how to prevent the protein spikes. Since then he started asking questions I gave him the info of every channel I watch and the herbalist courses I've taken.
Last month he proudly told me he's been weening all his patients off as much pharma to natural as he can. His patients average of prescriptions is now about 6 & declining & so is the depression & suicide rate.

I have one for u, Dr. B. At 25, I started having very bad heartburn. All the usual test. No ulcer, no gallbladder problems, etc. I noticed my bowl movements were not normal too. Colonoscopy showed everything normal. I was put Antacid. It helped but I had to take them continually.
I went to chiropractic visit with my wife. He offered me a free check. When he got to the center of my back there was a sore spot that I was totally unaware of. He adjusted me and by the 2nd visit my heartburn was gone and bowel movements normal again. I discovered this about my situation. I'm a singer. When I sing in my upper register the symptoms would occur. The chiropractor was able to solve the problem the MD could not solve and refused to believe what was causing them problem was the problem. She also had fallen asleep at the wheel of her car three times and drove off the road (thankfully with no damage to her or the car). She was in her mid-seventies at the time. I finally got her to talk to her doctor (she was seeing several different doctors for different conditions, and they'd prescribed medications without checking to see what else she was taking); he took her off of most of the medications, and she recovered from all of those symptoms. She's now 88 and still able to drive safely, and has an active life. I'd love to see her go on the carnivore diet, but she's had too much bad dietary advice over the years and thinks it's unhealthy.

Many of us have made the same dietary errors because of the propaganda we were all exposed to, selling us fake butter and vegetable oils and shortening , following the upside down food pyramid. It did long lasting damage, my mother's acceptance of mind bending religious brainwashing (eating plant based is morally superior, "eye roll") affected the entire family by raising her kids as vegetarians, fake meat highly processed TVP, and I KNOW I did not receive proper nutrition.
If one is so proud of eating only plants, why PRETEND to be eating meat, why fake it? Because it is only natural to crave meat!
I'm now suffering from oxalate overload in my spinal column. MRI shows top to bottom it's crammed full of "arthritis" aka calcium oxalate..from years and years of eating oxalate laden plants.

I have connective tissue disorder, some dysautonomia, brain pressure, so I guess it's the intersection between the diet and those conditions. I no longer talk to doctors about any of that because they know nothing about it and think I'm just looking for attention or something! Without me even asking about it, one saw notes in my medical record, became incensed, his face turned beet red and sweaty, and he yelled, "This is too complicated! I could just send you to someone else if I wanted." He also told me that if I was to be his patient I had better be doing just what he said and not go to anyone else or, "running your own show!" Then take it to a doctor for comment Take it to a pharmacist for advice. I did this once and I learned a lot. I love that you talked about the impact of pesticides on the nutrition of food crops. I was studying organic agriculture at UCD in the 80’s,yes as in 1980’s, and there were studies coming out back then that organic vegetables had higher nutrient content than inorganic vegetables. And that was in the infancy of gmo crops that allowed for higher rates of pesticide applications. It was all poo pooed by most then, and now five decades later, is hopefully becoming an accepted fact.

👚THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age in which God is saving man from the imminent destruction of this old world"
(These things must be spoken directly and clarified for the sake of human understanding, or man will not be freed from Satan's influence. The ways that Satan corrupts people only on a superficial level; Even worse are the deceptions that hide under this outward form that Satan uses to achieve his goal. What is this scam? Forced occupation--this gives a very strong effect. (And makes a tempting offer, and this is lying.) Is lying not the same as fraud? The purpose of lying is actually to deceive you! Are there any other scams? (It tempts, harms, blinds and deceives) (it controls man, holds man, frightens man greatly and prevents man from believing in God.) What does this mean by "coercion"? This means using threats and coercive tactics to force you to comply with it making you think about what might happen if you don't comply. What does "fraud and trickery" entail? Satan makes up several stories and lies, tricking you into believing them. It will do everything to achieve its goals. Sometimes it does you a little favor, while it entices you to sin. If you don't obey it, it will torment you and punish you, and it will use various methods to attack you and trap you. The sixth is destruction of body and mind. Which part of man does Satan destroy? (Man's mind and whole being) Satan destroys your mind, deprives you of the ability to resist, which means your heart slowly turns to Satan when you least expect it. This is where Satan dwells, seizing and devouring them. 🙏)
      Almighty God said
WHAT THINGS must be spoken DIRECTLY and clarified for the SAKE of MAN'S UNDERSTANDING, or MAN will NEVER be freed from SATAN'S influence. The WAYS SATAN CORRUPTS PEOPLE are just the SUPERFINE layer; Even WORSE are the deceptions hiding UNDER this OUTER form that SATAN USES to ACHIEVE his PURPOSE. ☀️
WHAT IS THIS SCAM? Mix them together: (It deceives, seduces and intimidates) (It also uses sweet language. When--it influences and forcibly conquers the People.) Forced conquest----this gives a very strong effect . (And makes a tempting offer, and it lies.)
Lying is one of the things it does.
SATAN LIES to DECEPT you. WHAT is NATURAL LYING? Is LYING NOT the SAME as FRAUD? 😥
The purpose of lying is actually to deceive you! Are there any other scams? (It tempts, harms, blinds and deceives)
(it controls the person, holds the person, scares the person very much and prevents the person from believing in
      God.)🌹🙏🌷
There are SIX MAIN DECEPTIONS that SATAN USES to CORRUPT PEOPLE.
The FIRST is control and coercion. That is, Satan will do everything he can to control your heart. ☀️
      WHAT DOES "force" MEAN?
This MEANS USING THREATENING and FORCING TACTICS to FORCE you to COMPLY with it you THINK about what could HAPPEN if you DON'T OBEY. You are afraid and do not dare to oppose it, so you submit to it. 🌹🙏🌷
The SECOND is fraud and trickery.
WHAT does "fraud and trickery" have to do with it?
SATAN MAKES UP SOME STORIES and LIES, TRICKING you into BELIEVING them.
      The THIRD is forced indoctrination.
What is forced to teach the People?
Is forced indoctrination done by the will of the People? (No) Even if you don't agree, there's nothing you can do. SATAN DOCTRINES you WITHOUT you KNOWING it, IMPRESSING his THINKING, his LIFE POLICIES and his SPIRIT on you.
The FOURTH is threats and enticements. That is, Satan uses various tricks to get you to accept it, follow it, work in its service. It WILL DO EVERYTHING to ACHIEVE its GOALS. Sometimes it gives you SMALL favors, WHILE it LEADS you to SIN. If you DO NOT FOLLOW it, it WILL TORTURE you and PUNISH you, and it WILL USE various METHODS to ATTACK you and TRAP you. 🙏🌹🙏
The fifth is deception and paralysis. "Deception and paralysis" is Satan's construction of certain sounding words and ideas to suit the minds of the People, to make it seem as if it takes into account the physical condition of their lives and tomorrow, when the truth is it isits only purpose is to deceive you.
Then it paralyzes you so that you do not know what is right and what is wrong, so you are deceived without knowing it and come under its control.
The sixth is the destruction of body and mind.
Which part of man does Satan destroy? (Man's mind and whole being) SATAN DESTROYES your MIND, REMOVES you of the ABILITY to RESIST, which MEANS your HEART will slowly TURN against SATAN when you least expect it. 😢
It instills these things in you every day, every day using these ideas and cultures to influence and deceive you, slowly destroying you, so that you no longer want to stand up for what you call righteousness.
You don't realize it, you don't have it anymore
KEEPING SWIMMING AGAINST the CURRENT, INSTEAD of just WAITING for it.
"Destruction" MEANS that SATAN TORTURES people so MUCH that they BECOME SHADOWS of THEMSELVES, NO LONGER PEOPLE. This is where SATAN LIVES, CHOKING and SWALLOWING THEM. 🙏
Each of these tricks that Satan uses to CORRUPT MAN can take away man's power to fight; any of these are DEADLY to PEOPLE. Simply put, whatever Satan does and whatever trickery he uses can weaken you under SATAN'S CONTROL and SUBMERGE you in a MASSAGE of EVIL and SIN.
These are the DECEPTIONS that SATAN USES to CORRUPT PEOPLE.
What are the consequences of Satan's corruption of the People? What corrupt dispositions do they express and reveal? (PRUDENCE and PRIDE, SELFISHNESS and DISGUSTINGNESS, BADNESS and DECEPTION, CRUELTY and MALICUS, and COMPLETE INHUMANITY.) 😪
In sum, we can say that they have no personality.
In summary, the things that stand out the most about corrupt humanity are ARROGANCE, DECEPTION, MALICIOUSNESS, and SELF-CONFIDENCE. 😪
However, you all missed one thing.
PEOPLE have NO CONSCIENCE, LOST their RIGHTEOUSNESS and have NO HUMANITY----YET there is ONE who does VERY IMPORTANT THING you DIDN'T MENTION, that is, "betrayal" 😢😢
The FINAL CONSEQUENCE of these DISPOSITIONS that EXIST in ANY person the MOMENT they are CORRUPTED by SATAN is their BETRAYAL to GOD. 🙏
From "The Word Appears in the Flesh"
Fulfillment of (John 1:1) and (Ezekiel 2:9-10), (Rev. 19:9,13)
📥Calling and leading everyone to His lowered Kingdom or Church because it is still standing on earth in the holy place in the air/ youtube "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD 💐 this is the fulfillment of what He said to Peter 2,000 years ago, recorded in (Matthew 16:18'19).
This is the the only Church of each one of our spirit that we must listen to or eat and drink like how we eat, dress and sleep every day so that He can guide us and change us by rejecting the evil attached by satan so as to be perfect,
having attained eternal life that will enter the coming replacement of the New Heaven and New Earth. 📩
      Note📩
      Almighty God said,
Life in the Kingdom is the life of people and God Himself. Humanity depends on My care and precaution, and all are engaged in fighting the great red dragon to the death. In order to win this last battle, and to end the great red dragon, all people must offer Me their entire being, for My Kingdom. When I say "KINGDOM", I mean it is the life lived under the protection of divinity, where all humanity I constantly guide, I teach directly, so that the life of all humanity, although in world is as if it were in heaven, the true spirit of life in the third heaven . 🙏

What a treat! Being able to watch and listen to two of my favorite and most knowledgeable doctors on UA-cam discussing nutrition and medical practices that affect all of us. I always watch anything from Dr Berry or Dr Mason because they are down to earth and explain all the science in ways the rest of us can understand. It is also important to me that I can trust what they say because they back it up with real research we can look up. Thank-you!

Almost exactly 1 year ago my husband had been given 2 blood pressure lowering meds and it still wasn't working and they were going to put him on a different more dangerous one. I googled diet and blood pressure, I found Dr. Ken Berry talking about how a lower carb diet would lower blood pressure (It was an old, old one) and I could NOT believe it! But the meds weren't working and Dr. Berry explained /defended it well enough that we tried it. It took a little while to go to ketovore, but he finally is off his last blood pressure med, because it was lowering his blood pressure so much, that he was becoming confused, wobbly on his feet , slow speech and other things related to low blood pressure. So thank you Dr. Berry..you saved our families life with just 1 post on diet & high blood pressure! BTW he has almost lost all his grey hair and looks like he is 20 years younger and can fit into clothes form 20 years ago...de-aging is a thing!

Comment on one of the points. Whether in the fields, or a house plant, nutrient lock-up in the soil, can be common, and is a major concern. Like nutrient lock-up (fat/sugar cross inhibit -Randall cycle) in the mixed SAD diet. I read a paper circa 1930'ish from the USDA archives. They were saying that minerals were down to 30% of their circa 1900 levels. It showed up in the milk from cows regularly turned out onto just harvested fields. The crops taken year after year from those fields, were effectively mining minerals out; with no replacement. Manure gives back mostly NPK and organic matter. Very little mineral. This happens in organic gardens to, when folk don't add compost and mineral soil amendments to their plot.

I love that Dr Paul Mason understands that the reason that many people are seeing benefits from a carnivore diet is the chemical spraying and processing of our plant foods. Many people who find relief from carnivore diet suffer from a multitude of digestive disorders and once their gut has been repaired and healed they'll be able to and should bring back in certain beneficial plant nutrients that are high in polyphenols and insoluble fibers that are prebiotic and postbiotic. Also if you are eating a carnivore diet you must consume the organ meats and nutrients just like ancestral people groups did for thousands of years.
