Sumo is soo good but rarely see it in my area. Those chickpeas look so good, will try toasting spices before adding the beans, also that veggie bowl!!!!
I am curious why you need so many calories? You mentioned bulking up, but I don’t see much change from beginning videos to now..I see all the fats going in also, I really expect to see a change with that also..How long do you work out daily? I thought you only need 300 calories over for the workout ..Are you using most your calories from work? Is your job strenuous and long using most of your calories there? I really like your videos..With my job, I use around 3,500 calories a day without working out, so I am learning how to eat a lot more from your videos..Great vids!!
Can I ask how you've been feeling energetically since being plant based long term? I've been vegan for 4 or so years now I'm hecka tired the majority of the time. Admittedly I haven't been eating enough or consistently. Which is probably my main issue 😅

I always carry fruits on me if I get tired on the go. Carbs = fuel. 💪🔥⚔️
