    I cut a salmon filet in half and spice it up with some Sriracha, honey, garlic and ginger. Cook it in the air fryer. Oh mylanta. It is so good. Paired with cooked rice, cucumber, avocado, and maybe some kimchi if I have it. Or a baked sweet potato split and stuffed with taco meat lettuce, tomato and salsa.

    Meal planning is a must for successful nutrition and training! One of my favorite quick and nutritious dinners is soba noodles (J Basket makes a delicious yam/buckwheat pasta) high protein and fiber, cooks in four minutes) with sauteed sardines, olive oil, garlic, and a little bit of chili flakes (add a little fresh grated romano).

    Planning makes ALL the difference. You can't walk into the kitchen and wonder what is for supper. Planning includes the shopping portion AND the meal prepping.

    Perfect Plate Dinner: Plan dinners around a framework of veggies, protein, healthy carbs, and fats. Prep these components in bulk.
    Dinner Examples:
    Grass-fed ribeye with squash and greens
    Cajun shrimp with roasted veggies and rice
    Spicy chicken breast with rice, broccoli, and avocado
    Bulk Cooking Tips: Utilize rice cookers, pressure cookers (like InstaPot), and ovens to prepare meals in advance.
    Zero-Cooking Option: Even a no-cook day is possible with shakes, pre-cooked protein, canned fish, jerky/fruit for snacks, and sandwiches for dinner.

    Awesome. My mouth was watering all through lol. Banana with drizzled melted bit of keto coco multinut butter. Quickly did the job for sweet tooth. NuttZo chocolate. Got it at HEB.

    I can't eat nuts so I use chickpeas warm up like boil peanut.
