random heads up for folks interested in Tessalation. The base exotic weapon is available with TFS however you need to own the Annual Pass to get the Catalyst. I'm assuming this works like the past years where the Deluxe edition gets 1 season early access to the weapon but with a catalyst instead,
Final warning is a top 5 white ammo gun in the entire game. Damage is off the charts. Faded take from datto there. Usable in hardest content in the game without question
this artifact (and others like it) make tessellation a fantastic room clear, but only on Stasis, as the explosive makes the debuff - in this case slow- and this seasons artifact making stasis weapons make slow bursts when defeating slow or frozen targets. Now what this does is, Tessellation > grenade-shot > Tessellation impact slows first then possibly kills > artifact spreads and stacks slow into freeze > shatter. this single thing has about 5 different damage instances atm that domino effects stasis out, niche but cool
10:02 Dmt nerf got hit hard, first from 150 rpm w hipfiring and increased crit dmg with more stacks to 130 rpm hipfiring, then at x5 stacks getting that 180 rpm to not getting increased crit dmg w each stacks, to now getting increased damage on hipfiring only. Such a beast that got killed
9:29 it’s funny cuz if something is poisoned(by the explosions, thorn, necrotic) they explode on death if killed by necrochasm, regardless if it’s a crit or not. So really you only have to get the first initial kill as a crit (unless you prime the target with necrotics first)
Regarding Symmetry at 15:04 and balance - they should give the alternate firing mode Overload Rounds to we have another *primary* weapon that can deal with Overload champions intrinsically. If they did, I'd 100% use it a lot more often..
Bastion trench shots are 112k with 4mag size it's made to demolish champs with 2 shots or 3 on others. Really nice for a fusion to go crazy like that .. But poor range.
I believe Eriana's needs to apply scorch at minimum, give it the bonus for matching shields sure, but shield matching has been something reduced in a lot of ways so letting it build towards an ignition in situations where it can't match would help I'm sure. I mean the real thing I'd want is for them to bring back chip damage that bypasses shields on it but you know... that's not happening.
Datto... Expanding Abyss artifact mod is 30% dmg boost on weakened targets. Which is why Deterministic Chaos can kill the scorpion tanks in Expert Vox Obscura in less than 1 clip. It's pretty good..
Bastion is amazing when paired with Song of Flame. Melee>Shoot>Melee all while you have Hellion proc'd is just a bunch of ignitions and damage going out. I remember fighting Rhulk a week or two ago and was able to compete with the Still Hunt bros.
i think deterministic chaos is better than divinity for the witness if you're wanting to run a debuff. it's void which interacts with the stronger weaken artifact perk for people running void weapons, it does higher damage than divinity since it's a machine gun, and the reserves are fucking massive for whatever reason so you won't run out of ammo ever. with actium war rig you only need to reload one time as well it's very funny. i can't say it's the BEST option but pulling it out was a great time.
It's sad that bungie CONTINUES to let Rohan's death be for nothing because his machine gun to this day still sucks. Bigger ammo reserves, bigger magazine, make every bullet volatile yknow intrinsic volatile rounds, or at the very least just a smidge more damage and maybe people will think about it again
I'd love to see Eriana's Vow get a buff where triggering its ignite allowed it to heavily scorch for a couple shots/the rest of the mag, refill two shots/the mag on ignition, and/or get a damage buff on ignition to make it more competitive for breaking barriers and bursting down the champion. I'm thinking along the lines of applying 35 scorch stacks per shot for 3 shots so it can ignite a second time after triggering the first, or with Ember of Char and Ember of Ashes, causing two more ignitions after popping a bubble to really shred a champion, though im unsure how appropriate that is for a special weapon. Maybe less scorch stacks on more shots but the mag is refilled after causing an ignition
Final warning is definitely an acquired taste, but it’s an add clear monster combined with some of the best primary weapon damage in the game, only held back by its limited range. If you do want to try to get into the weapon tho, I highly recommend learning to do optimal damage without the catalyst, as the random ammo refunds will massively screw with you trying to use it for damage before you’ve gotten the timing into your muscle memory. (For those who don’t know, the optimal damage input is charging as little as possible (AFAIK 5 is as low as you can go) then tap-firing another 10 as quickly as possible before the red mark on your target goes away. There’s plenty of guides on youtube that can go into more detail than me.)
For dead man's tale, we need a way to instantly activate cranial spike to 5 stacks, similar to how Monte Carlo's Markov Chain can be activated to 5 stacks upon any melee kill. Thinking about The Colony, it would be really nice to have more insectoids to spawn on kill. Maybe it should have Chain Reaction on direct hits for the catalyst, since the weapon intrinsically deals higher impact damage when fired at an enemy. It would be nice to see something on Erianna's Vow that would be rewarding after landing all precision hits, whether it be a complete magazine refill or an extra ignition on a barrier champion that has already been stunned. Maybe it could load a final high-damage round out of thin air.
Tell me about it. Osmiomancy Swarm on the bond + Final Warning and Threadling nades and buffed Weavers Call is insane. Who needs blueberries when I can create my own teammates?
I love my warlock's Swarmer/threadling builds. I usually use Wish Keeper with hatchling for wild ad control and ability spam. I will give the Final Warning a go but how is it good with a threadling build?
@Masta_E Final with Swarmers is hilariously good imo. Since it has intrinsic unravel, you're always making tangles, which just turn into threadlings. I do think more useful on Strand as opposed to Prismatic, however. The reason is the suspending bursts on Tangles that just will allow you to unload on bulky enemies without them fighting back. Personally, I like it better on my Matiodoxia build because the sheer amount of CC between Shackle, the buffed Arcane Needle and then Tangles that all create suspend and FW spreading unravel, just makes clearing rooms a breeze most of the time since you don't really have anything fighting back.
@Masta_E I get it. I had to pry myself off Prismatic to make that build. Lol. But it was worth it. Honestly, outside of Speaker on Solar, Matiodoxia is the only other non-Prismatic build I have saved. I will suggest one other thing for that build. Should you not use Final Warning, use Better Devils with Pugilist/Hatchling if you can get your hands on one. Between Matiodoxia giving Melee energy and Pugilist doing the same, you always have your Arcane Needle charges. It's got better range and better up time, but the damage output is worse because there isn't a primary in the game keeping up with Final Warning.
I didnt know what Tesselation's catalyst did and while I am interested to see where I can fit it in now that I do...I do really wish it was in the kinetic slot instead of energy.
I love final warning! It’s so good and does so much damage. It makes tangles like crazy and the fact it has intrinsic unraveling rounds is op asf. It does more damage than most rockets in the game. Heavy weapon damage on a freaking primary is insane. I just wish they made the charge time a little faster that’s my only issue with it.
You can shoot the final warning the moment the meter starts. You dont have to wait till its full. You start, than release and fire the rest of the magazin by hand. You dont get the unreval buff but the pick your poison buff that way.
I already used and liked Tessellation and Final Warning, so I just use them a bit more now. Bastion is an entirely different beast now, and quite fun for us fusion rifle enjoyers. Almost everything else? It feels like they were more focused on getting us to do a double take on the weapon rather than actually use it long-term, if that makes sense. Deterministic Chaos just makes me sad. I love Neomuna and the cloud striders, and even my sentimental ass can’t find a reason to dust it off. It NEEDS enhanced reconstruction or auto-loading. It’s exotic, It needs to be a better commemoration or nobody will ever use it.
Bastion with Mataiodoxía gors hella hard. Arcane needle to juice up bastion, use bastion, then send out a buffed up arcane needle. Sprinkle in some melee regen and you have a devastating combo.
The final warning did more single target dps than Outbreak (with nanites) BEFORE the catalyst. That's all that needs to be said, but the cat also made it, so you dont need to worry about some of the weird stuff you used to need to do for optimal damage.
I think that Deterministic Chaos would be pretty alright if the special shots had AoE effect. Imagine that you hit, not even kill, HIT one guy and everything around it gets volatile and weakened. And the mag increase would also be appreciated
Final warning IS one of the best weapons in the game. Especially when compared to other kinetic slot exotic primary ammo weapons. The thing can clear adds and DPS better than Outbreak all on its own.
I don’t have strong opinions about any of these, I just wanted to add Deterministic Chaos has a niche use case. One of my friends got into destiny for the first time with Final Shape, and so she doesn’t have many good damage loadouts yet, or even that much experience with damage rotations yet, and she definitely doesn’t have divinity. She’s been using deterministic chaos against Witness and other things to help support the team with 100% weaken uptime. It’s niche and divinity is better, but at least there’s a case for it for new players
Bastion easily made it into S tier, even if at the bottom of it in PVE. The melee buff is great and the dps is when weaving is amazing for a special. It also works with all melee's unlike 1-2 punch.
The damage on the colony doesn’t even let it one shot a red bar hive knight in lower difficulty content. Even at ad clear it isn’t very efficient because instead of doing a straight path toward enemies, the bugs will do loops-de-loops and unnecessary detours on like walls, like a toddler coloring or google maps taking me anywhere. If they want the colony to be proficient (at all) they need to buff its reserve to around 40-50 robots, and maybe on top of granting a bonus bug on kill they could also partially refill the mag.
Colony: Should have the spiderbots return to you if there are no enemies left, and return 1 ammo to your reserves. That way if you kill 1 enemy, and there is only 1 enemy on the field you get the ammo refunded. If you shoot 1 grenade at 2 enemies, and kill them both you gain ammo. etc.
they should make Cerberus+1 function more like vex, where kills build up a meter for more powerfull shotgun rounds, would bring back the shotgun like feel of the original alt fire and would make the current alt fire actully hit hard, maybe make the rounds have a kinetic tremmors like effect.
the best thing to come from the eriana's update is that its now S tier for gotd first encounter witches, that's literally the only thing i use it for anymore you just put one bullet into each and move on

random heads up for folks interested in Tessalation. The base exotic weapon is available with TFS however you need to own the Annual Pass to get the Catalyst. I'm assuming this works like the past years where the Deluxe edition gets 1 season early access to the weapon but with a catalyst instead,
Colony Rework concept: make it strand, and make it shoot threadlings, the shots deal more damage if you have perched threadlings
Final warning is a top 5 white ammo gun in the entire game. Damage is off the charts. Faded take from datto there. Usable in hardest content in the game without question
From the gameplay he clearly has no idea how to use it.
this artifact (and others like it) make tessellation a fantastic room clear, but only on Stasis, as the explosive makes the debuff - in this case slow- and this seasons artifact making stasis weapons make slow bursts when defeating slow or frozen targets. Now what this does is, Tessellation > grenade-shot > Tessellation impact slows first then possibly kills > artifact spreads and stacks slow into freeze > shatter. this single thing has about 5 different damage instances atm that domino effects stasis out, niche but cool
For me (the sidearm guy of Gambit) i really enjoy Final Warning. Such a powerhouse, so worth the risk of getting closer
Brim promotion jumpscare 2:02
Probably the single best sponsor bit to date. Nice job.
@4:48 talking about the tessellation... It also utilizes your transcended grenades, and since demolitionist, you get a lot of charged shots
I loved Bastion when it first came out and would use it way more if it had a catalyst.
Wow that's crazy, datto's dog sounds just like datto
That ad read was flawless
That's one smart dog. I got 4 mortgages by the end of the video. Thanks, Brim!
Didn't knew that dog was doing all those videos about destiny, nice reveal video
I dont care about Eriana getting more damage / break sheilds better. Make it the ignition king. Ignitions on every precision kill
So strand banner, with wishful ignorance pairs really well with bastion you'll do like 152k a swipe with it amping up per attack.
Deterministic chaos as any other frame of weapon would be a massive improvement. Such a cool concept packed into a pants archetype
First ad that i actually had to turn the volume up and lock in. Thank you Brim.
Datto has a serious talent in marketing and i hope the dog enjoyed the peanut butter. Great video as always!
Watching you miss consecrations multiple times has begun to heal my soul. Thank you Datto
Dog ad might be the most hilarious thing I've seen in a while
Final warning is way good with any threadling build on warlock I absolutely adore it.
@Masta_E
Final with Swarmers is hilariously good imo.
@@Thee_Rage oh I haven't made a build with that exotic yet because prismatic is so fun lol. I'll try that out tonight.
@Masta_E
I get it.
Brim is such a good salesdog that i actually watched the sponsor part instead of just skipping 10/10
How cooked were the balancing team when they decided to give final warning a catalyst
they should have removed the gun instead fr fr
@@cleanboi9136 final warning is a good alternate primary dps option, it was used heavily in -20 pantheon.
@QuantumLight923can I kiss your cousin (and your mother?)
I am a final warning truther, it goes crazy
@QuantumLight923is this a statement or a command? 😂
I didnt know what Tesselation's catalyst did and while I am interested to see where I can fit it in now that I do...I do really wish it was in the kinetic slot instead of energy.
@dattodoesdestiny the only channel ads I actually look forward to 👍🏼
lmfao "hi I'm literally a dog" god damn killed me 😂
I love final warning!
7:38 what i do for cerberus +1 and most weapons is getting at least 1 reloader on my gauntlet for it so it’s less slow to reload
Best ad read I’ve seen on UA-cam in quite some time
Using your dog was genius. First time I haven’t skipped a sponsor.
The only channel I stick around for the ads 😂😍
16:21 'if you have no good rockets to your name" looks at Jez.
Anti Barrier Rocket sidearms instantly broke Barrier shields so why not Eriana's?
In regards to Deterministic Chaos: Retrofit Escapade. What a beautiful gun.
Bastion with Mataiodoxía gors hella hard. Arcane needle to juice up bastion, use bastion, then send out a buffed up arcane needle. Sprinkle in some melee regen and you have a devastating combo.

Final Warning is ridiculously good, it's permanently glued to my strand hunter.
I didn't skip the ad because of Dog. Thanks Brim, good job.
The final warning did more single target dps than Outbreak (with nanites) BEFORE the catalyst.
That's all that needs to be said, but the cat also made it, so you dont need to worry about some of the weird stuff you used to need to do for optimal damage.
I think he just doesn't know how to use it and didn't do any research at all unfortunately
Phenomal ad placement 😂😂
The Colony makes for a pure kino Gambit invader experience.
I wish you added sections so we could just skip to the guns we were interested in or know where to skip in the video to check out the next one.
Brim ad breaks are top tier. Must haves in every video, my wife now appreciates my destiny content viewing
Deterministic chaos along with the strand sidearm and a nice handcannon is nice for champions though. Sounds smooth for expert seasonal content
I actually LOVE tessellation with Starfire. Add monster with decent damage against yellow bars.
bastion allows you to have 1-2 punch for consecration and it’s amazing
I loved Cerberus+1 before the buff, it feels so much better now.
the best thing to come from the eriana's update is that its now S tier for gotd first encounter witches, that's literally the only thing i use it for anymore you just put one bullet into each and move on
