Afaik Lumina wasn’t found with Thorn, it was created from the actual, original Thorn, and the Thorn we use in-game is just a copy
And Hierarchy of Needs wasn’t created by Rasputin, it was created by a rogue A.I. called Soteria, who was created to plot out extragalactic colonization efforts. The A.I. went rogue by trying to send out the colony ships without permission, so they “pilloried” her in the Spire of the Watcher. We infiltrated the Spire to stop the Vex from containing Rasputin, but it turns out they were actually there to find information on Soteria. After we defeated the Vex the A.I. was able to try and escape, but the only escape route it had was to enter into a nearby bow, turning it into Hierarchy. I only learned this recently, had no clue what was actually happening in that dungeon

Side fact about Hardlight: a gameplay nerf to the gun rendered it's lore tab incorrect as the tab is an ad for the weapon representing it with "infinite range". 4 years ago Bungie nerfed Hardlight to give it damage drop-off, i.e. _finite_ range.

See I’m still unsure on the whole bastion being one of our favorite weapons in that context. I just watched that cut scene again and saint said he adorned our grave with one of our favorite weapons which is ergo sum.
We find the core for bastion on our grave. It is true that ergo sum is also there but given that he talks about a weapon, we can assume that the weapon in question is bastion. Because that’s what we get at that moment in time.
If you have an object in your hand and one on a table, if I say “can I have that” you assume I mean the one you’re holding. Hope that made sense lol

Makes more sense anyway because your ergo sum is “personalized to you” in the sense of you choose which rolls you keep and use. It is in essence THE sword you use

Another hint for Revision Zero is that two of its ornaments show it evolving.
if we face fikruls next 4 big dudes will we be able to get their weapons too? what if they're all different kinds of uniquely functioning rocket sidearms like BBL which shoot 2 arrow like bolts that appear to be non physical, or imbued with void given its deep synergy with void keywords. To continue this what if fikrul made each weapon with every element so a solar, arc, strand and stasis version along with void, this along with the scorn episode is pretty cool to think about.
If we get anything for killing fikrul, it should be his staff as an arc exotic glaive.

If you look at Collective Obligation the frame is made out of a glaive, I just thought that was cool fact and wanted to share also I think it would be cool idea if Bungie made it to where it would be effected by any perks that boost glaives since it is a gun made out of a glaive
Another fun fact about Red Death Reformed, its new design in D2 is actually its very first original design seen all the way back in D1 concept art before it became the bloody weapon we see in that game. So the old design represents its new purpose as a weapon of justice and healing.

Hierarchy of needs is described incorrectly. It wasn't just created by Rasputin. Originally those bows were used by Seraphs in combination with orbital platforms as powerful mass destruction weapons. It was us, Guardian, who accidentally uploaded what remained of Augurmind Soteria into the bow, so now our AI-powered smart bow can direct homing arrows.
The Warmind sounds you hear when equipping the bow are reused Rasputin's phrases from warmind bunkers from Season of Worthy.
Lumina isn't "found in the same place as Thorn", it is THE Thorn, original one, that Shin Malphur gave us. We cleansed it with help of Banshee first into its original form, Rose, and then we imbued it with Light to make Lumina.
Addition to the fun facto about Quicksilver Storm: Quicksilver nanotech that power the weapon is actually SIVA tech developed by Clovis Bray, and upgraded and developed further by Neomuni. The auto-rifle actually recognizes Elsie Bray as authorized user because it's still inheriting SIVA database.
Red Death's perk name is Redemption, making it Red Death's Redemption, a clever reference to famous gunslinger game from Rockstar.
Jade Rabbit is a reference to Chinese mythology, since Moon colony was established by China. Ancient Chinese believed that the Jade Rabbit was granted immortality by the great Jade Emperor and that he's residing on the Moon.
Thorn we find in D2 is not THE Thorn, but rather a knockoff copy made by one of Dredgen Yor's followers and never finished. We find it half-charred in the old campfire, and restore it with Banshee's help into properly working order. Banshee says that he's obliged to report to Vanguard on finding that weapon, but eventually forgets.

Though the image depicts a hunter, Dredgen Yor who made the Thorn was actually a Titan, and his armor, “Devastation Complex”, is actually in game. There’s even official art of him that Bungie made depicting this.

Fun fact: Bungie refused to update the guardian class icon on Hier Apparent all of last year when Titans were the winners of Guardians Games. Warlocks had the icon for over 2 years before it switched to Hunters immediately after they won the most recent games…

Wasn't Crimson, specifically, made by *our* Guardian from fragments of Red Death directly after The Red War started in case we ever lost our Light again? And I believe it's also a Guardian Killer, just like Red Death.

I'm pretty sure Titans won Guardian games in 2023, yet Bungie never put the Titan symbol onto the Heir Apparent that year, Warlocks had it on for two years straight. Really shows they don't care enough. I remember checking every week after the winners were declared, but it never changed.

You asked if we have personal facts? Here’s mine.
For the Conditional Finality: in my headcanon for my character, the Ornament Erinyes-SG1 is a shotgun specifically made for my character as a gift from Omolon for trying out their guns.
For Thorn: in my headcanon, the ornament Essentialism is a gun my character made whilst exploring the remains of Root Of Nightmares raid after he beat it. Built it with the dismantled parts of his old pair of Necrotic Grips.
For the Winterbite: in my headcanon, the ornament Hibernal Thorns is a glaive my character made whilst looking for his perfect glaive. As a glaive enthusiast, he wanted a something special. So he made himself a trident at the Ziggurat in Europa.
For the Thunderlord: in my headcanon, the ornament Law Of Induction is gun my character found but it wasn’t anything special. Feeling bummed, he went to the place where Warlocks first unlocked arc subclass and performed the same ritual on the gun. The gun came back with lightning infused to it.
For the Collective Obligation: in my headcanon, it was a gun my character found whilst exploring Rhulk’s pyramid. Once he picked it up, the darkness it collects got attached to him. He threw the gun away more then once, but somehow it always appears in his inventory. He’s now cursed with forever possessing that gun. He cannot get rid of it.
*Last one is a lighter more useless one*
For the Hierarchy Of Needs: my character found it when he beat Spire of The Watcher. He tested it, hated it, and never used it again. He tried again months later. Still hated it and threw it away. He tried one more time and I’m when he didn’t like it, He shattered it and gave the parts to Banshee never to use it again.
