Dave, did you ever think of using the creation kit to terraform a trench system for your minutemen at mirkwater construction site, with the idea being to divide gunner forces at Quincy and Gunners plaza before your minutemen launch a final offensive to crush them? I think that this would give off a feeling that your minutemen are actually 'liberating the commonwealth'. You could even say that once gunners plaza is captured, General Dave plans to use the media tech there to produce 'educational videos' regarding the minutemen and general dave (definitely not propaganda though). I just think that it'd be a great place for it, with the mud and constant rain. You could also use the 155mm howitzer mod to build a minuteman artillery battery that can bombard the gunner positions. Anyway, keep up the good work man, I love your settlement builds! I know I posted this on pt.1 but I think that it's an idea that you'd be able to build really well.

I think she may have gotten caught up in it. But she is in a place where the air is making people more content instead of the Minuteman News Office thing in the Castle. Sooo.

Also, it's only in Fallout 4 that the Children of Atom are fanatical and violent. In Fallout 3 they were peaceful and willing to live alongside people who didn't believe in their faith. There's only a slight problem with Piper being mayor: Piper's younger sister (Nat?). Piper wouldn't just leave her back at Diamond city, especially because Piper is living so luxuriously that she could easily provide for Nat and keep her healthy and happy.
In Dave's canon, it's been 5 years since he destroyed the Institute and who knows how long canonically it took for him to get to that point too. If Nat was 10 when you first meet her, she could easily be over 18 by now and running Publik Occurrences herself in Diamond City, helping to supplement the word of General Dave amongst the populace.

I think this would be a pretty cool idea but Dave should put his patreons names on those grave stones so people can see in the next build. If you agree like so dave can see.

Why doesn't this guy have more subscribers
Keep up the great work and can't wait for the next video
I like the small teddy bear eraser on the pencil at 10:00, it’s a cool detail
This is insane dude. Fantastic job!
General Dave puts his propaganda where he damn well pleases
Still waiting for a Minuteman maximum security prison
*gulag
A Minuteman Correctional Facility. Just hope you don't get sent to the "Labor" Camp and get free showers
To far right.
Honestly this settlement makes me think more and more that it is a 1984 sanctuary. So perhaps just sending people to the Sentinel Site, or the Pyramid of Love. Reference anyone.
Chris K red rocket
I really enjoyed these videos. Very creative settlement, and you guys seem really cool and down to earth. Thanks for posting!
Thanks for the kind words!
Dave's first ever 3-part tour! Exciting!
I think this would be a pretty cool idea but Dave should put his patreons names on those grave stones so people can see in the next build. If you agree like so dave can see.
General Dave's Minutemen are pretty much what the Gunners strive to be, but never become.
16:54 for some reason this part gave me legit chills LOL
The way Dave wrote the Minutemen in his head makes me wish that's how the actual Minutemen are in the game
Sturges has been working on that same vent for the past 10 years lmao
now what we really need is a story mod / dlc that brings your settlements after 8+ years with general dave and you work with whats left of the brotherhood to destroy the new commonwealth that he has built
"would you kindly..." :D laughed so hard, best joke ever :D
@EvilViking your builds are amazing and I love the video you and Joel are simply the best
Well thanks friend! Joel says hey too
The perfect thing to watch while I make my breakfast mac and cheese.
Hey Dave, next settlement should have a rehab center, chems are everywhere and a lot of people are addicts
1 thing you missed Dave. :O
I know, I'm as surprised as you.
I even rewatched the video to make sure I just didn't miss anything. *sigh*
Mayor Piper had a kitchen and bedroom. But no bathroom.
Even the ungrateful Orphan got a bathroom.
How did Joel not catch this?! Joel, buddy. Whyyyy?!!
I downloaded the castle mod you put up for PS4 I just wanna say it's so amazing and awesome! I love your videos and hope I can make my settlements as good as yours one day! Thank you for giving me lots of inspiration and supplying great content!
I'm guessing General Dave is going to fix that truck and take it to Nuka-World :)
If it was not for his control freak megalomania Gen. Dave be a great leader.
Great job love the blue house with the art and stuff keep up the good work!
How much you wanna bet when Dave goes into that school when kids are learning everyone salutes sits down and Dave is like enjoy your day kids and hands them all "educational"Minutemen books a.k.a propaganda
Awesome lore-driven architecture. I can't wait until Part 3--I'm anxious to see the shacks outside of Sanctuary. By the way, Joel looks like Frank Whaley from "Career Opportunities". (That's a complement.) Long live John Hughes films!
That settlement is F...KING AWSOME
Ok ok,no more pillbox sarcasm
So sanctuary is now basically the American version of north korea?
It's like Pyongyang i guess (the capital of north korea, where only the elite upper class stay.)
No, because they have food lol
Yes, they have food, but they have to work as hard as possible to get it ,so it is worthless .
POWER TO THE PEOPLE, DEATH TO THE GENERAL
Well to be honest, in the years before the war America was becoming more and more fascist and controlling in a lot of ways. So he really is "Rebuilding America" just... Fallout's paranoid controlling America.
THREE HOURS of settlement tours.
My good sir, I'd love to see you make a quest or something.
