Hello Hannah, I told you I finally figured out a way to watch your workouts when I did you winter one a couple weeks ago:) I told you we had lots of snow. Well, I took my dog for a walk, fell and cracked my rib. It hurts but I am managing and will do what I can with your easier workouts. I don't feel sorry for myself, I just keep smiling and happy it wasn't worse. Thanks for being so good and taking time to show all of us your never ending creativity. I will be back:):):) Pam
Good one I am not able to keep up anymore. Its Ok I do what my body can. I have a bad low back from caring for elderly so my core strength is important to help my low back pain lessen. And I do inversion for ten years now. Some people get surgery with my low back problems but not me.

Do one leg at a time and just keep your head down on the mat. It’s fine as long as your core is working 💚
