Gonna do this tomorrow! I started with your 1 hour pilates but almost died,I loved it though! Hihi, not used to pilates anymore after a very long time. But I did finish the workout, so I'm happy! I just have to take it easy and build up, so gonna go with this one for the time-being until I get more used to it. Thank you so much love! XX

Hello Hannah, I am doing my first pilates session with your video & it was great! Looking forward to day 2, I'll try to follow the whole challenge !
First time ever doing pilates, my core and back definitely felt sore and did struggle at times, but I pushed through. I'm going to practice everyday and hopefully I will get stronger. Really need to strengthen this core, it's very weak haha.

Excellent workout. Very fast but very accurate instruction. I don’t think it’s pure beginner, though. I’m new to this channel, so I’m not sure if you have an instructional video covering stabilization and neutral pelvis. If not, I think it might be difficult for a total beginner to grasp the concepts.

Yeah, that’s right Barbara! We have to do what feels best! Try to do that, and if you feel like something is more comfortable too, think that’s a good approach to life too!

I felt ok after the exercise. Suggestion-talk less during the workout because for me it's hard to concentrate at the moves if you talk non stop :) put some music maybe will be funnier
