This is such a good workout when you are just returning from a long hiatus from exercise. I had a back injury so I haven't been doing any of my cardio and my stamina and strength have decreased significantly. I could only do 8 minutes of this today because my hand started hurting and I don't want to spark another injury but I am definitely going to try again tomorrow to see if I can get to 10 minutes. I decided to try pilates for the first time with the goal to lose weight, so i searched up and this video came to my sight (i'm not afraid of not begginer friendly workouts so i wanted to start it😂). The first day was so tough, like i thought i was going to die! But when i did it again today for the second time, for some reason i did it with ease(still burnt tho). Like the time passed so quick, which makes me realise how strong my body became after just one time doing it. Its crazy to think what my body can do and how far it can take me. I just want to thank you for making me feel like a more strong, fit, and independent woman!

My first time doing pilates. It's hard but I enjoy it more than my abs workout. So currently 55.4 kg. My goals is 50 kg. Day 1: completed everything except three exercises bcs I can't, but I'll try again tomorrow😊😊 I follow the video without breaks and follow Hannah's tempo. Day 2: completed everythinh, except one exercise. My breath is getting better than day 1. Need a 1 minute breaks in the middle and towards the end of the video. Using my own tempo. Day 3: same as day 2. Day 4: rested. Day 5: Completed. Also better. Day 6: Doing great. But idk why my weight is going up. Also, I think I got a late period, maybe thats why my weight is up. But my body is toned. Especially in my belly. Day 7: Completed everything. Week 2 Day 8:

So many people are saying that these are easy for beginners, girl, what? If done correctly, some of these exercises are very hard to do! Especially the one where you lift your hands and legs up high at the same time. I am pretty fit already but I cannot do it properly, but I’m sure I’ll get there soon! I have started this two weeks ago and I can see a difference already, pretty shocked!
I am grateful you are here. HIIT was my jam. Unfortunately, I now have a bad hip and can’t do high impact or even low impact very well. You are helping me find a new peace. It’s SO hard for me to sit still like this with Pilates. 😅

I just start to do pilates 1 week ago and I always follow your workouts, they really burned , I used to walk everyday for 2 hours as my exercise but I always find myself have low energy throughout the day but pilates workout really make me feel energize , thank you for the video 🙏🙏❤❤

Started Pilates for the 1st time ever. i enjoyed it. I miss my weight lifting but until the gym opens I will be doing this " times a week plus HIIT. Hope to get to my goal weight evntually. 10kg gone another 10kg to go

I've been wanting to lose weight for years, but after a month and I become unmotivated and stop. I really like the idea of HIIT but hate doing it. This is my first time trying pilates and was sweating so much, going to continue with this and see if I can commit and get results. I probably need to see if there are beginner videos as well, because I'm not sure if my posture, arm and shoulder placement on the mat and "belly button in" is correct. :( Height: 165cm Weight:65kg 12/01/2021 - Day 1: Done
It depends on your time schedule and your fitness goal. Check out other videos on the channel to vary the moves will be more effective too. I would do this one maybe 3 times a week for my own body. I hope it helps

ive tried so many of these videos but always get frustrated or think im not doing it right and just end up giving up, but this was really good to follow, exercises were managable even as a complete beginner and i do feel the benefits without being exhausted and crabby!
Lots of the kpop idols I love always say they do pilates to keep their weight good,,, I’m following in their footsteps cause they be having the most beautiful bodies😅
Great workout!! I used to think that in order to have a ‘good workout’, id have to burn a ton of calories. This still is super challenging but also a great way to really stretch and engage every single muscle instead of kinda throwing my body around!
@@tanveerkaur7381 no pilates doesnt burn a lot of calories in comparison to other high cardio exercises. But it does build muscle if you are consistent without feeling so fatigued or wiped after a workout video. But moving mango also offers more rigorous workouts that do burn a little more.
Wow i actually wasnt expecting this to be such a tough workout. I thought it was just a light workout for people who wants to stretch their body whilst having a bit of the sweat. But i was wrong! I was sweating so much even on the first 15 mins 🤣. It was tough but i love how my body feels rejuvinate and zen afterwards❤

I just start to do pilates 1 week ago and I always follow your workouts, they really burned , I used to walk everyday for 2 hours as my exercise but I always find myself have low energy throughout the day but pilates workout really make me feel energize , thank you for the video 🙏🙏❤❤

Started Pilates for the 1st time ever. i enjoyed it. I miss my weight lifting but until the gym opens I will be doing this " times a week plus HIIT. Hope to get to my goal weight evntually. 10kg gone another 10kg to go

I've been wanting to lose weight for years, but after a month and I become unmotivated and stop. I really like the idea of HIIT but hate doing it. This is my first time trying pilates and was sweating so much, going to continue with this and see if I can commit and get results.
I probably need to see if there are beginner videos as well, because I'm not sure if my posture, arm and shoulder placement on the mat and "belly button in" is correct. :(

ive tried so many of these videos but always get frustrated or think im not doing it right and just end up giving up, but this was really good to follow, exercises were managable even as a complete beginner and i do feel the benefits without being exhausted and crabby!

Great workout!! I used to think that in order to have a ‘good workout’, id have to burn a ton of calories. This still is super challenging but also a great way to really stretch and engage every single muscle instead of kinda throwing my body around!

@@tanveerkaur7381 no pilates doesnt burn a lot of calories in comparison to other high cardio exercises. But it does build muscle if you are consistent without feeling so fatigued or wiped after a workout video. But moving mango also offers more rigorous workouts that do burn a little more.
Wow i actually wasnt expecting this to be such a tough workout. I thought it was just a light workout for people who wants to stretch their body whilst having a bit of the sweat. But i was wrong! I was sweating so much even on the first 15 mins 🤣. It was tough but i love how my body feels rejuvinate and zen afterwards❤
