    Don’t focus too much on your weight is very true. If you’re trying to lose weight as long as nakikita mo na may downward trend and you’re getting leaner over time, just keep on doing what you’re already doing. Solid mga advice dito!

    New subscriber sa channel mo bro, I accidentally clicked your video about skin routine. Then I don't know, I continously watch your vlog about gym excercise's and fitness.     Big fan here sir jacob. hope you notice me. i've been skinny my entire life. tho nakapg gym nuon natigil dhl s work. tas papayat ult tas vices pa. but last yr i made a commitment, enrolled at anytime fitness nung August 2019, and ngaun mag 1yr nako. home workout and nagpurchase lng ng dumbbell. i want to gain for myself ma boost dn selfesteem ko.     Tingin one of the reasons kaya mabilis ung build up niya is na detrained siya for few months kaya medyo lumiit ung muscle niya then focusing ulit sa workout this quarantine which is good kasi makakaranas siya ng body recomposition na d nararanasan ng mga matagal nang nag wworkout.

      Try mo mag bodyrows or negative pull-up (eto lang yung alam ko na progression before u do a normal pull-up)

      Im 16, a skinny fat before, I was around 54kg lang non, first thing na main focus ko as 1st step of my fitness journey is to eat alot and gain alot (well-balanced meal) and I also do count my calorie intake daily (goal ko is 2500kcal a day) , then started to workout at home using a pair of dumbbells that is 8 kg each lang. Halos yun lang equipment ko talaga. Then started buying suplements like whey protein, bcaa etc. and nung medyo nag lean and nag improve na body ko I had the confidence to enter the gym na, then followed most of his workout routines and until now continues padin ako to my journey so that's my way nung pag escape ko sa skinny fat era ko hope it helps :)

    New subscriber here! Q lang, do you follow ung body type diet like endo, meso and exomorph. and then what tips could u give if after lifting may super pain sa mga bones and the physician just say, wag ka nlng kasi magbuhat ng mabigat(very supportive.. Haha!)
