I so did not want to do this today since yesterday was a snow day and I was pulling my 35 pound toddler on a sled in our (slightly hilly) backyard for almost 2 hours yesterday! 🥵 My legs were tired even in the warm up! BUT! I did it and the fact that I was even able to pull my toddler around for that long is just a testament to how much your program has helped me be a stronger, better mom! 💪 ❤️ Happy Valentines Day!!

I really, really did not want to work out today. Zero motivation and just feeling all around sad. I know Lindsey always has a great attitude so if she can do it so can I. I got through the workout. And I love how you push us to try a hi impact move. I had a CL and meniscus surgery 35 years ago and ran a lot of marathons, injuring my knees. I never thought I could do a jump lunge, but with this strength program and your encouragement, I have been able to do a jump, lunge pain-free! Thank you so much.
Pure 🔥🔥🔥 Two weeks ago I convinced my mom to join me in doing NML’s workouts. She’s 55 and going through menopause has really eaten her muscles. She struggles with wrist mobility and wrist strength as well, sometimes not even being able to open a mason jar on her own. This morning she text me early and had already done todays workout 😳🤯 I was mind blown, normally we do it together. Then she tells me that she decided to try a plank from her wrists just to see if they could stand it because she feels so much stronger now. She not only did it but she also held it!!!! From her wrists!!! I’m so stinkin proud of her and just wanted to share with you guys. She doesn’t have an account, she uses mine so I wanted to thank you guys and let y’all know you are helping a woman who thought she would never get her strength back and I’m just so thankful!!!

This might be my favorite leg day workout yet 🙌🏻 I’ve done a lot, and I love all of them, but the fast pace and the fact that you only repeat each move once and then move on really made the time fly! And that raised heel squat to start it off was a killer 😅

I've done this workout twice in the past two weeks now, and had to come back to comment because each time I underestimate how much I'm about to get my butt kicked 😅 feeling proud of myself for getting up at 530 today and getting my workout done before the baby woke up (with 20lb and 25lb DBs!). May have felt half asleep when I started but I was awake and energized by the end! Thank you for taking the mental work out of working out for us so we can just press play and get it done!

I increased my weights today and did 30lbs for the staggared deadlift clean to front squat (favorite move of the workout!) Been staying in the same weight range for awhile now because it feels comfortable but im trying to go out of my comfort zone and lift heavier weights! Legs were really feeling it as a result! I live on the third floor of my apartment complex and let me tell you: those surfer squat things (180s) are so much more difficult when you have to control your landing and nor wake anyone up! Great leg workout guys, thank you!
Enjoyed this quick and dirty leg day! Appreciate the facts of how quickly we lose power and agility as we age. Gotta keep moving! Really liked the stretches at the end too. SI stretches are hard to target for me - thanks for including in the workout stretches!
