I've done this flow several times now when I'm on my cycle and it's always exactly what I wanted. Some gentle stretching, slow movements, quiet moments to just lie down...just perfect, thank you! It's one of your videos that I come back to the most

Stuck in bed all day with cramps and nausea, so my bed is where I stayed to do this. Most relaxed I’ve felt all day
Oh wow! This was exactly what my body needed! Thank you so much for this! I had no idea how much my body stiffens up and you hit all the spots in such a gentle way. I couldn't sit flat on the floor at the beginning. I needed both of my pillows for support. At the end I was back on the floor feeling more like myself.

On a different note, these stretchy pants look so comfortable and easier to slip into than the usual super-tight yoga pants you usually sport in your sessions. Hope we can have more yoga videos and/or haul sessions from you in these ones.
