    I find myself coming back every menstruation cycle. The breathwork in the beginning, and during all these yummy movements are helping so much for the pain, the sluggishness and my grumpy mood. 🙏🙏🙏

    I thoroughly enjoyed all these moves! I would have liked it a little more slow paced just for breathing purposes. I felt a little rushed which took me from the complete experience. But from all the menstrual yoga videos, I found these stretches to be most helpful! Thank you.

    This video is a stable for my period . I always recommend it . Best yoga video for cramps and overall pain accompanying period.

      Came here to say this! @shona_vertue I’ve been following you for years, but somehow have never done this sequence. I think it’s my favorite of of all time.     usually I go a gentle practice of 4-5 stationary poses but this felt so good in the mornings when you feel so stiff and Sore! I still didn't do any inversions but I loved the little squat burn!

    Girl this is the best! Did it on day one when I'm at my worst and it helped soooooo much! Straight afterwards it felt like I'd had massage, but an hour later cramps were completely gone. 5 hrs later they've just come back, so I'm off for another round!
