    How is it possible that knees are painful and you are telling me to do exercises? This isn't true

      Even if you go to physiotherapy or doctor they will tell these only. By experience post operation i was asked to these exercises only and even more trust me this works like a bomb but give sometime and start slowly. It works good luck
