It's true knee pain doesn't go if you take it light. Personal experience. I have decided to get rid of this now to bring back my comfort. Wish me all the best.

People really need to focus on good proper foot wear and addressing hip weakness / imbalances which is where knee pain / discomfort stems from in most cases. As a personal trainer I recommend useful and extremely beneficial strengthening exercise to my clients, friends and family, 99.9% never perform them and allow their knee issues to progress!!

I agree with everything you have said. I have to get the correct foot wear and yes the knee pain starts in the hip area. Exercising and dieting is necessary. I need to live a normal life again. Knee pain is terrible terrible. Noted with thanks Sir.

With lots of knee's pain, luckily i saw your video, basic problem is weight and stress they create too much pain in my knees for which walking less and difficult in reducing weight.
Stress increase uric acid in my body which cause knee pain
I got knee pain as a reflex injury in my early twenties from lower back pain and sciatica! My orthopedic surgeon gave up after four steroid injections and advised knee replacement at 45 years. Meaning I would have to live with it until then. But then my grandmother told me to do rock salt poultice and the doctor also said no harm.
It worked like magic and I could develop the muscles! I could do full day trekking on flat landscape. Even now in early sixties it's mostly strong with controlled mobility, which is acceptable 🙏

I am 88 years old. I use apple cider vinegar on my knee.
If more pain then I put grated onion on it, leave it 30 min then wipe it off. Then massage olive oil on it. I do not use pain killers.

I had a painful tingle from my elbows to my fingers and I found swelling in the spine of my neck caused by gluten. I also would go to a chiropractor and it instantly stopped the pain. But it would return after a few weeks. When I stopped eating gluten, the pain stopped forever. It's been 6 years since. Good luck on your health journey.

Another reason for knee pain is if you put your leg up hyperextended for too long … like sideways or frontways.
