To slow down wrinkles and joint pain you need collagen and if you are non vegetarian, bone soup is the best. You can even boil some fish bones and drink that soup on regular basis. As you age your collagen also depletes.

Immediately stop eating sugar and carbohydrates. Your food intake as of now is triggering your inflammation so No fruits and dry fruits except for berries. No starchy vegetables either. Lots of leafy greens, all type of nuts unless you are allergic. Healthy fats and oils, olive, coconut, ghee, butter. No omega 6 oils. Take moderate amount of Proteins in any form. And do intermittent fasting.
Change ur food habits and reduce ur screen time go early to bed this the cure for migrane I follow the same I'm feeling much better. Early mrng sit in the garden take some vit D naturally 🌞

Best remedy for joints is using collagen. Mostly found in bone soup. It has all the amino acids and the lubricant.
