Here it's is April 2024 and I've just now seen my first video of Jokes On Us. Of course I had to subscribe. I had never heard of Stewart Francis' but I'm a fan. He had my laughing hysterically. Sarah Millican is favorite female comedian and Jimmy Carr is also a favorite so I look forward to seeing their videos. Being in the US we don't hear much about the UK comedians so thanks for giving me the opportunity to hear them here. 😂 👍
@@truthwillout1980 Frankie in his early days on the show was outrageously funny, he could make lightning fast observations that bit like a shark, he could spin out a story, he could plumb the depths and still make you laugh, you could listen to Frankie for hours, wheras the one liners Stewart, Tim Vine, Gary Delaney, Milton Jones are rib tickling for about 15 mins before it starts too pall, l don't know why but others have said the same they're great acts as long as they're not on too long, some kind of mental fatigue sets in after a short while.

I agree and I think it’s due to the majority of ‘comedians’ today tell long drawn out stories that we might relate to. They don’t have actual jokes or material.

This is brilliant, so funny.....or is it pronounced "sew fanny"? The fact that material like this can still get posted without the predictable backlash against the very non-PC nature of some of Stewart's material is refreshing in one way, but also a reminder that the 'evolved' comedy that the likes of Joe Lycett champions isn't anything like as funny or clever - I dare say you just won't see material like this outside of a few venues.
It's hard to tell if the other comedians don't get the joke, or are busy working out what they're going to say when its their turn, or are just gutted that they've got to follow that.
Really, try being with him for 7 years, taken to Spain ( where I rejuvenated a house with him) to be jilted at the alter with friends and family to witness.,.cooking and cleaning for:Fishermans Valley ' whilst working full time (For Zero Payment)..the list is endless...oh yeah,a real gentleman!!!!!!
