I was watching this recipe while my daughter was sleeping besides me. Hence i turned down the vol . Subtitles helped me understand the recipe. The best way to monitor the temperature is visual. Medium-low heat: gentle bubbling in the pot, with tiny bubbles streaming up beneath the surface. Hope this helps.

Hi, just keep in an air tight container. It can be stored at room temperature for 3 days and in the refrigerator up for 5 days.
