Good day thanks for the info I have a 24 ranger crew I put 6” portals and 2” fwd satv an arms and at full turn I still rub ! I was thinking of putting a 2 inch kit, but wasn’t sold on any of them until I saw this video! Just was wondering, how are your angles on the axles and do you hear any clicking from the axles?
Purchased and installed the DRT lift kit on my 2023 Northstar crew. Appears to be great quality and ride is awesome. However, the front end seems like it sits a little lower than the rear. Suggestions to level?
With regards to Shock angles....does this lift bring the tires in? I had the 2 in prolift on my ranger and it sucked in the tires 2 inches on each side and added more instability. I took it off
If you need to put zip ties to hold and compress the spring to shorten the shock. That means once everything and installed the shock pushes the a-arm more and bind the axle. I bet you when machine is jacked up, you can’t turn the tires due to axle binding. It’s what happen with my ranger
It’s because of the machining on the bracket. It has to compress in order for it to slide into place and mount. We got about 80 miles on the lift since install and so far no issues. Not saying we won’t have any but so far so good. The
@@teamfas I ran the Polaris prolift which is a bottom mount lift. Loved it. But I removed it and installed elka suspension and that gave me the same height in lift and more travel and smoother ride
Speed weeks came out first. It’s a one piece billet aluminum block that retains stock shock angle. It’s a killer lift
Never heard of that one, when did they come out?

No, this keeps stock geometry unlike most other lift kits. No binding, clicking etc. super happy with it and 1000 miles on it now.

You can adjust the shocks stiffer to bring it up
Thanks. I’ll give that a try! Appreciate the response.
@@EricLieskeNo problem, just jack the front up and turn the adjuster a position or 2.

@@teamfas ah okay I gotcha. Good to hear. Just keep an eye on the rear inner boots, they get hot and balloon up on road rides or fast riding.
@@juicechartier thank you, I’ll for sure be keeping an eye on them thanks. Do you run this kit or another one?

@@juicechartier just wanted to update you, 500 miles now trail riding and work and so far no issues at all.
