Commercial for a product doesn’t really tell you what application you need to download to read your files off of your SD card.

You do not meed to download any applications to read anything from the device. Its plug n play. Plug it in and your Mac should read it automatically. If its not reading your SD cards its because they have not been formatted correctly.
