Ive debated on going with a Magic Keyboard as I have an Anger variant that clones the older Apple Keyboards but it has more of a clicky tactile feel but I love the Touch ID option.

Im so torn between the UGreen powerbank and the anker 737. I have the 16 inch macbook pro so I usually use the 140W charger. Not sure how long 100W will take to charge it
All these GADGETS! The CalDigit is a constant for productivity but I must say the Keychron K3 Pro is one of the best items on this list. Still a no for me on the polishing cloth though 😅

GADGETS!!! Hey Andrew great job as always. I too love my Keychron K3 V2., my Minisopuru Hub for my Mac mini, Orbitkey - nest & desk mat & keyring - they are Aussies so I have to support them ;}, Alpaka pouches are my favourite pouches for EDC stuff & I use Zyron GAN chargers - they're great. I'm gonna check out the mouse you suggested - I don't like the Apple mouse or keyboard much other than convenience for pay i.d & I guess for portability. The TB4 dock looks great as well & will suss out your suggested pouches. I probs have enough tech bags but I'm a bit of a techaholic lol. Cheers for the tips :)

Would you be able to recommend which brand (or specs) of 2 to 3-foot UBS-C cable would be best to connect a Ugreen Nexode 30W Charger to a MacBook M1 Air (2020) to avoid a very slow charge and possible overheating? Does that mouse need a dongle connection or purely just Bluetooth?

Gadgets! This is an interesting video! Being a decades-long Mac user I’ve amassed several useful “tools” (as I call them) similar to what are shown in the video. I’ll add that Plugable, Satechi, WD, and Logitech have excellent products that also fulfill needs for Mac (and all other) laptop and desktop users.

The wipes for cleaning the MBA are so important. If only Apple charged $4 instead of $19 for their cloth.

DPI has nothing to do with smoothness, it's the relationship between cursor and mouse movement. 18.000 dpi just means for every inch the mouse moves the cursor moves 18k dots on the screen that's noting that has any benefit for most people for daily productivity. The felt smoothness of the mouse is more determined by the polling rate.
Also, supporting a company that doesn't support MacOS...that mouse was a big mistake.

I agree with you on everything but not the magic keyboard, it feels like typing on a flat overcooked pizza, is expensive and oversized. the only good thing about it is the fingerprint reader. in my opinion, a better keyboard would be a budget 65% or 75% mechanical keyboard with silent switches for office use.

The best acessory for mac should be it doesn't need any of them, it is so overhelming have to cary all these stuff.
What about a monitor?
The expense of buying a Macbook never ends with the purchase of the Macbook.
You cannot own one of these laptops without spending an equal amount of money on unnecessary accessories like this. I mean, a sleeve specifically for carrying it to the cafe? Thats insane 😂
Also every time I walk into a cafe there is always a handful people using Word on their Macbook drinking their flat whites.
Buy a Macbook for $2k and spend $1k on a bigger battery and external drives rather than spending $1k in total for a Windows laptop with double the storage and battery of that $2k Macbook. Owning one of these is a very expensive hobby indeed. But we do it.

Why take a keyboard with you everywhere when Apple has given us a brilliant inbuilt keyboard and trackpad. I can see the use of a keyboard and mouse if using an external monitor though.

It’s said that there isn’t a MacBook that supports USB3.2 gen 2x2 but don’t the current MacBooks support thunderbolt 4 / usb 4?
I believe the MacBook Pro M3 has Thunderbolt 4 USBs, but I’m not sure whether the Air M3 has T-bolt 4 or 3.
This just removes the great portability this laptop brings when u buy one 💀
