I used to be able to do three sets of these 1 year ago and now I can’t make it through one set without having to take a break. Slowly getting back in shape💪🏼
I wouldn’t do it everyday mate, abs are like any muscle and need time to recover. I’d recommend 3/4 times a week and adding a 1 minute plank at the end if your feeling good just for the extra burn!
Hey, just wanted to let you know about this app I’ve been using that pays you to play mobile games! Use my link and you'll get a bonus 50 units :) mistplay.co/QvECwthzRR
add weight to certain exercises to your hands for example, add sets, try to do more reps during sets, make your rest time shorter, those are only several examples of that how you can progress there
Holy Hell this is difficult when you aren't used to exercising regularly, lol. I refuse to give up though! Thank you so much for this inspiring video, Shane!
How did u Go? If did every second day wonder how long would take to get through it no break, I want to know how to balance out back muscles that do the opposite of these muscles though. I wonder if guys who do this nothing else end up like quasimodo
build fighters like you guys.im self tought fighter.thanks to you guys.im doing very good with the tips and the exercises you guys show us.awww yeeeaaa, love u both man.
Its my first time doing this and it's is one of the very few actually good ab workouts on UA-cam that I've ever done. This is now 1 of 3 good ab workouts vs so many not good ones I am surprised
This is perfect actually. I do a lot of core reps a day and it's sometimes to much for me and takes to much time out of my boxing training. THANKS SHANE AND PJ!!!
regular viewer of fightTIPS here. i've been doing this routine for the past 6 months. for a month, i am doing this everyday and i got to say it did gave a solid abs but without the 6-packs mark.
Man I really love this Chanel man I live in a very small town far from an where to train mma and fighttips has always been my go to. Also I’ve been watching since Shane was a young guy with short dreads and most videos where outside. Keep up the good work love what your doing I always recommend your Chanel to my friends
Hey bro, first found your channel WAAAYY back in the day when you gave a fight tip about wearing a mouth guard when in a street fight. I found your channel again as an adult and it's cool to see your progression! Congratulations man. Keep it up!
I do a 3 set 7 circuit ab workout 3 times a week like this Sit ups 15-20 Flat bench lying leg raises 15-20 Jack knife sit up 15-20 Flat bench leg pull in 15-20 Toe touchers 15-20 Crunches 15-20 Reverse crunches 15-20 ×3 30 second rest between sets That helped me tremendously with building abdominal muscle but maybe I should try to add this in before my normal fasted cardio.
Love these 3-minute workouts! Could you do one more for legs/cardio? I use this one (and the upper-body workout) as a warmup routine and it's working great for me!
I'm adding this to my current home workout (thanks TEAM SEMI) x5 diamond push up, x5 regular push up, x5 large push, x5 regular/diamond push up (total 20) Following by 20 squat, and 20 dips. Resting 1.30 to 2min. repeat as much as u can. then at the end, I do this abs workout following by my max at plank. (sorry for bad english btw, bigup from France (x )
Good routine man! Got a ? for ya Do you ever worry about loosing too much body weight? I know you mentioned recently you weigh 140lbs and that's a healthy weight, but is there such a thing as dropping too low of lbs?
I feel like for a FIGHTER's core routine, more rotational work rather than straight forward type of movements. Still a great routine to start with, keep up to awesome content!!
This routine literally make my abs show, when i have a little of fat on. I did it 3 times a week with dumbbells on. My favourite ab workout now. Thanks Shane and Coach PJ!!
I loved the video man and liked it (thumbs up), and I was wondering if you could give me your opinion on my technique, dubbed the 'Ascot Sequence', a specific 2 blow combo. I humbly prefer slight impact shadowboxing on a hard area, to trigger "wolff's law" as much as possible. What is your honest opinion about the "AS", if you would be kind enough to accept this invitation?
Great little workout! Helps me stay in shape with little time wasted. I gotta ask tho, is there any meaningful difference between double crunches and shin taps? I do double crunches at the end sometime because I feel they require more effort but I've always wondered if it matters.
So I stopped doing this work out for awhile because I thought it was getting easy. So I did some other stuff and I just came back to it today and yeah no it's hard, I've never been more wrong 🤣. I freaking love this workout.
Situps
Russian twist
Jackknives
Double crunch

Scissor kicks
Straight leg situps

Thank you

Good luck mate
I memorized and do this everyday i just want to thank Shane and this channel you can literally see the results within 1 month by doing 4 sets everyday
On the champ shit only grind. Let go brother.
Any updates bro?
Does this get you 6 packs?
I wouldn’t do it everyday mate, abs are like any muscle and need time to recover. I’d recommend 3/4 times a week and adding a 1 minute plank at the end if your feeling good just for the extra burn!
Never exercice any muscle EVERY day bro, give at least 24 hours rest
They make it look easy ! This work out is very hard .
woai ni I know I did it with them and hurt like a bitch. By next month I’ll be able to do 3 sets no prob
Gets easier with time.
It’s light work yo
Not that hard
Some people are at different levels guys don’t be an asshole
This is cool. It's always great to challenge yourself and have a tough fixed routine. Also, I think it should be progressive as you get stronger.
1.add weight
2.increase sets/reps
3.add exercises
4.find more difficult exercises
I love your channel ❤❤❤

😅
I think about this comment every time I do this.

Holy crap, this helped me reduce my workout time by a lot since I'm a busy student
I do a 3 set 7 circuit ab workout 3 times a week like this
Sit ups 15-20
Flat bench lying leg raises 15-20
Jack knife sit up 15-20
Flat bench leg pull in 15-20
Toe touchers 15-20
Crunches 15-20
Reverse crunches 15-20
×3 30 second rest between sets
That helped me tremendously with building abdominal muscle but maybe I should try to add this in before my normal fasted cardio.
Who asked
This is such a good workout, it’s only 3 minutes so you can’t be lazy to do it really, and it’s super effective 👌👍
Awesome! I like how the entire session was timed so I could work along with it. 2 sets at the end of a workout and I'm done. Going for 3 next time!
Love these 3-minute workouts! Could you do one more for legs/cardio? I use this one (and the upper-body workout) as a warmup routine and it's working great for me!
I already do most of these. Definitely not easy. Even as much as I've done them. Some I haven't done much, but have done other variations.
Just went for 2 rounds of this and I feel great that I was able to keep pushing to complete it
WOW! I'll try to work on these everyday! Will be my new goal! Thank you!
Your workout and stretching vids are awesome. Simple and effective. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you.
HAPPY NEW YEAR

I know you mentioned recently you weigh 140lbs and that's a healthy weight, but is there such a thing as dropping too low of lbs?
@Caramel Johnson what would you say is too low and in what time/ rate
10- 15 percent seems to be an agreed upon body fat percentage for strength and performance.
upper body and core vids have been great! i hope a leg workout is coming soon too.
