      +Caleb Imrie Floyd won the PAC fight hands down .. punch count doesn't matter like you think it does. he's not fighting because he likes being hit. hes fighting for a living. so when fighters are at their peak with fans, that's when he fights them. more hype, more money. I mean. cotto, canelo, marquez, pacquiao, mosley, etc. hes beat more champions than anyone to step in the ring ever. period point blank. you don't have to like it. but respect it

      Cheap? It's not cheap. It's just not fun for you because you don't like defensive fighters. No one really other than floyd has successfully pulled his style off. Canelo has tried, and to some extent it worked, but who knows if the guy is cheating or not at this point. Wouldn't even be surprised if this test was a facade to bitch out from the fight like McGregor did recently.

  • @2_mutch
    @2_mutch 7 років тому +9

    with his technique in punching you need a great deal of core strength because he's power comes from his mid body so he doesn't really do nearly 2000 sit ups a day for aesthetics more for functionality

      If you go to any old-school boxing gyms they all do an insane amount of ab work, it's mainly to harden that area so you don't regularly get the wind knocked out of you. The gym I went to in PA would make you do a warm up run then come in and do 4 sets of 25 leg lifts, 4 sets of 25 sit ups, 100 bicycles, 100 kick outs...then on to a 12 round endurance circuit, then you would either hit the bags or spar depending on what day it was

      2000 is a shit ton, but if it is my full-time job to be in the best condition possible, you can bet your ass I'm gonna do 2000 a day if I have to. It's the lazy fighters that don't go very far.

      James Cavazos boxing is not that easy
      5am running
      Sit ups
      Taking punishment during sparring
      Sparring 100 or rounds in 1 camp
      Taking over millions of punches to the head in accumulation
      Not being able to eat when you want or being able to eat what you want
      Staying away from your family
      You miss out on a childhood
      Lots of sacrifice
      Hard work & dedication
      Only 1 in every 10,000 will make it
