      It was true tho. At first, the other commentator kept trying to make excuses for Conor, to the point where even if he was getting pummeled in 4k, he said it was a strategy to tire Khabib out. It wasn't a strategy, bro was just getting his face violently rearranged.

      No.. the fact he's an immovable object makes it so he's a good fighter if he goes at you.... and everyone was scared of him for that reason no matter how skilled they were. He nullified all their stand-up because they were wary of the take downs.
      They all tried to outskill khabib's strengh my dude, and he won those fights decisivly.
      I AGREE tho that his opposition wasnt that great. Dustin Poirier is definitly his greatest win. If he fough McGreggor from the start he would'Ve end all the hype. RDA.. Barboza, are all good wins but not goated

    Khabib's exceptional character traits are truly remarkable. Outside the battlefield of the ring, he never harms anyone. Just as a tiger fiercely clamps down on its prey, weakening it to bring it under control, Khabib also launches devastating attacks to dominate his opponents. He is one of the greatest fighters in history, remaining undefeated in 29 matches! Truly a man blessed by Allah, Khabib is the successor of the Muslim warrior Khalid Ibn Al-Walid. Respectfully, Khabibs fight style was heavily defensive through his high pressure offense. It's not impressive that you dont bleed if you fight like Khabib. For example. Jon Jones and GSP can fight like Khabib. But sometimes they want to stand and fight. That's when everyone bleeds easily. If Khabib fought like McGregor, he'd bleed every fight

    • @rma1563
      @rma1563 Рік тому +14

      @@nitinTDM Its like saying if you stab yourself, then you will bleed. But if you don't then obviously you don't bleed, therefore there is nothing impressive about that. 🤦‍♂. Its a fight, a fight that starts on the feet. Whether it stays on the feet or goes to the ground or gets knocked out while doing so (like curtis blaydes v derrick lewis) depends on your skill level. There are plenty of fighters in UFC, strikers, wrestlers, grapplers of different levels, but none was able to come out the cage after every fight without cuts all over there face. Then how come its only Khabib who never bled? why can't the rest of the UFC roster can't just 'lay' on their opponent and get the win with a clean face? Your logic is not only flawed but filled with bias and hatred.

  • @yourhrbro
    @yourhrbro Рік тому +950

    Weird thing is that the fight is not about who is more ruthless, but about who is more control. Connor was always aggressive, ruthless, hate-spewing and he basically broke many fighters even before the fight. McGregor did a lot to break the fight prep of Khabib, but not only did it not work on Khabib, it solidified Khabib's position as a person in control. Khabib was raised in environment where you have to develop mental resilience over physical strength as in Dagestan you have a lot of strong boys around you. You have to learn to control your mental state and then build yourself like a tank. If you look deep down what made this fight so great, it was not only that 2 different worlds of fighting collided in the cage, it was two different philosophies of fighting. UFC has to scout more fighters from all over the world to show that fighting is incredibly diverse depending what was the upbringing of the fighter.

    • @billj4525
      @billj4525 Рік тому +47

      Yeah, Khabib is not the type to trash talk or play games before the fight. He just stays focused and wan't to get out there because that's where he shows his opponents who the better man is. Khabib is definitely not the type of guy to get flustered by trash talk or let it get to him. It's sad when someone at the level of a ufc fighter would let trash talk affect their performance.

      I think effecting someone like Khabib with pre-fight trash talk is very very difficult. He seems to be way to stoic to letting something like that effect him. Still it might have worked even on him, at least to a degree, if Conor had displayed more maturity and self-control leading up to the fight. They way he carried himself in the interviews made it clear for everyone to see, that this guy had at that point completely lost his mind. Everything that came out of his mouth was nothing but result of the mess he was inside. When a guy in that kind of mental state trash talks someone like Khabib, it's never going to work. He'd have to take him serious first. Which clearly he had no reason to.
