White Okay ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx6K7NWahp9y3ir1gVAwysOCHOOPSnWZbw . I got it from my browser's history. I know that it's really frustrating to be over-weighted but all is possible with a strong determination. Good luck…..

I used to think that counting calories was bullshit, but thats the only think that worked. I used to exercise a lot but eat whatever I wanted and I did lose some weight but gained it right back. But now I started counting calories and exercising and I have lost 13kg. I was also shoked to find out how much I used to eat and how horrible my portions were.

    • @heartears
      @heartears 4 роки тому +8

If you finish the ad, it says that you need to fix your diet first and then work out.
      Which is true.
If your diet is really bad, fix that first. Your fats store fat soluble vitamins and other toxins. That gets released when you lose weight. Also, there is more chances of injury if you do not know what you're doing and try to push yourself more than your body is currently capable of.
      TL;DR:
So, preferably, research proper exercises and food and start eating better first before you exercise. But if exercise will move you to eat better and be better, go ahead.

255 unhealthy pounds.. I can't believe I've let myself get to this point. Now time to shed it off. I'm fairly young, so it ought to be slightly easier, but I still expect struggle, but I'm not comfortable or healthy enough to just leave it. It's time to lose this weight and I'm so fucking ready.

Just thought youd like to know some cancers are caused by Stress and medication like the Contraception Coil if left in longer. Coils have expiry dates. Someone I knew due to a breakup and life taking over, she forgot about her coil and end up having METAL POISONING so in an emergency had coil taken out. Also radiation n rays coming out from behind fridges n behind and infront of MICRO- Waves, yes get it WAVES. So NEVER stand direct in front of it while warming up foods. mobile phones, laptop devices should not be rested on the skin for a long time, no wonder so many people have joint pain. And so people who sleep directly behind a fridge plz note the above has been proven some guy put up a video but can't remember his channel that's why I am mentioning this info here. To help someone out there that will take this very seriously. Let's work together to save lives. I am not a doctor but i rececommend taking a stroll through Nature as trees have healing properties and in daytime give out energy high frequency which is excellent for health eliminates stress, worries helps with depression, grieving time. anxiety, panic attack levels please try. Mother Earth is the best healer. Go to the nearest tree - first check for insects n animals that camouflage FIRST. Peace out From England UK and if you have found ANYTHING helpful please LIKE n SUSCRIBE to my Channel.

Sara Horvat naw not that much actually, as long as you have normal BMI it's ok, so for you to weight 60-58 it's no problem but try not to go under that! Myself I want to reach 63 then I'm satisfied! But like yourself I have come to a plateau. But that's good to o then your body doesn't work against you and try to become the normal weight, because the plateau-weight is the new normal!

It's useful to count calories for a few weeks, then you eventually learn to estimate your portions.
This is great especially for those who grew up in a household where obesity is normal, and what seemed a normal portion to you, it was probably 3x times your normal meal.
I suffered from anorexia and bulimia, and once I recovered and gaines weight, I refused to count calories simply because I was afraid I would obsess over calories again.
It took me years to finally recover completely, to the point where I finally started on a diet that doesn't feel like an obligation.
I don't cut out food groups, I sometimes will eat a piece of pastry, cake, lasagna, because if I don't, I know that I will start craving it and will end up cheating more than once a week.
So, it's alright to give in to those little temptations, it won't change your progress as long as it doesn't become a daily habit and you actually just eat a small amount of that food.

This is a healthy way of eating and literally boosting a sluggish metabolism. It does work and you may spend a bit more for groceries than usual, but it's for a good reason: healthier eating. I just started with this program, but my sister started 34 days ago and has already lost 20 pounds. This is a huge success for her because she never follows any meal plan to the letter. Give it a try. *Give a try! Get your copy from here **t.co/ollWhetOtu** :)*

I agree with all ur tips. But it is easy to do HIIT for a slim person but when it comes to a fat person carrying 15 to 20 kg extra fat its very difficult for them n may cause injury. Should dt person still do HIIT ?

I completely agree! If you never have been super overweight you won't understand the struggle. It's like doing it with 30 pound
weights on you. I started my weight loss with just walking and trying to get 8,000 steps a day. Wear a pedometer. 8,000 steps if roughly 300 cals a day! (THAT'S 2100 CALORIES A WEEK!) So this is what worked for me and wasn't very hard or intense. Once you actually get lighter try to up intensity and try different workouts.

Completely agree with you about being mindful of calories but not counting every single calorie! I do the same thing, I try and have a rough idea of how many Calories food has - also I'm way more full after making sure I eat a balanced meal (good carbs/fats/protein). I used to be scared of eating carbs but I'm fuller for longer if I incorporate those 3 food groups in a meal

Water is honestly important. If you start feeling hungry and crave a snack try going for a healthy snack, cucumber, berries, etc. But drink plenty of water because it’s easy to confuse hunger for thirst, and if you don’t like the taste of water, which happens when you crave sugar, just chug it down.

F i personally think you have to make some sacrifices if you want to be healthier/lose weight! I used to HATE and i mean really hate any sort of cardio (running or HIIT) and just stuck with toning/yoga/pilates. These exercises are good, but i think not the best for weight loss. I had to force myself to try HIIT little by little, and ended up always feeling great and loving it. There are lots of hiit workouts in youtube, you should try it out, it's gonna be fun!!!

F I also dislike it. My advice would be to find something you love. I chose swimming, but you can also find other types of sports that keep you active and happy. Tennis, running (I saw some really cool apps on android), climbing etc. Good luck 😊

F there are hiit elliptical workouts on UA-cam. Check that out. I tried hiit with weights, running hiit but elliptical was the most enjoyable. The good part of it is that it's usually 20-30 minutes so you're done pretty quickly

Hi Liezel Jayne. You probably won't see this but thank you so much for your informative and honest videos. My hubby and I have started our weight loss journey about a week and a half ago. We are using your tips + meal plans as our foundation. My hubby has already lost 6kg, and I've lost 2kg. It's only been a week and a half! I can't wait to see where this journey takes us. Thank you so much Leizl. You're amazing. ❤️❤️

Ice cream- ah-ce cream (south african)
Ice cream - oi-ce cream (aussie)
      Hope this clears it up.
Listen to the way she says work out. (Work ah-ut) for a clear example.

    hi,
    loved this video❤️
do you recommend doing strength training in the beginning of losing weight?
    or just a hiit workout?
or maybe neither and start with something slow?
    Thanks!
