Well at first i went to see my nutricionist when i was at 73 kg and he made my diet plan but because i was really picky i was eating only a few things for couple of months when i lost first 20 pounds then started eating healthier up to 1200 kcal per day and now i started working out and the main thing is to stay motivated and don't stop if you don't see results by yourself at the beginning and just to eat healthy.If you try so many different diets when you starve yourself you results are not going to ger long terms results

Yes, same, I love that 👌 it’s hard with some other youtubers who are chicken, salmon and egg heavy, but at first I was like is she vegan lol, but I love that they are easy to follow and that chicken part is so easy to replace 👌
Almost every fitness/healthy living channel I've come across that shares recipes like this require ingredients that I rarely if ever buy (examples: salmon, capers, random herbs/spices/oils of which you can't simply buy a small amount, etc.). It's startlingly refreshing to see someone sharing healthy recipes which use ingredients the average poor schmuck like me can buy without worrying about the expense or that some of it might go to waste. Thank you!
Try to eat less carbs, more on vegies, meat, fish and fruits that are not that sweet...avoid sugar, and sweet foods and drink lemon water if u are not acidic...my daughter was 80kls after 3mos she lose 8kg. But her waist before her diet is 84cm after 3mos 68cm..it is obvious that she lose weight but not literally the weight because she has a lot of muscles...she lose a lot of fats...she only eat few vegies like mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, potato, cabbage..you dont need to put a lot of condiments, just salt & pepper but u can add other if u want..
what weight were you at do you mind me asking? I am a male at 230 now and my fiance found stretch marks, i have plenty of muscle but put on way too much fat on stomach and legs and she found stretch marks which made me very sad being a 24 YO male. so I am dedicating self back into gym and n trying new healthy foods
I’d never thought of using instant coffee in a smoothie! The whole reason I don’t drink smoothies in the morning is bc I usually prefer coffee and to have both would be too filling. Thanks for the tip, can’t wait to try it!

I was thinking the same thing. I think people go for the orange sweet potatoes because of the beta carotene and they are more nutrient rich. So they are more readily available.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Ater 2 weeks, I have lost half of the weight I wanted. Your recipes are simple and include many ingredients that I have on hand. I tried a weight loss plan where I was required to purchase a minimum of 2 months of meals for a ridiculously high price. Most of the food was awful and I ended up throwing most of it away. I like that I know exactly what I'm eating and I can make some modifications to suit me. After all the diets I have tried, your plan was the only one that has worked for me.
Her disclaimers surprised me. Part of them say : “Please note that you should be in a healthy state before you decide to follow a new way of eating, or a calorie restricted diet.” I agree with that. She goes on to say : “This eating plan .... is only intended as inspiration for women who are already in a healthy state....” She says something similar for her fitness disclaimer. ALREADY in a healthy state? If I was ALREADY in a healthy state, I wouldn’t need to watch diet and fitness videos, would I?
Most likely healthy state means mental/emotional related to disordered eating! It’s likely that people searching for weight loss could have unhealthy relationships with bodies. Also, if you have health issues, it’s good to check with doctor or dietician before making drastic changes. 🙂
I tried your breakfast smoothies exact recipe and wow! So delicious and filling. Especially when you don’t have time to make a big breakfast in the morning. Tip: I’ve found when you add just a pinch of pink Himalayan salt it really brings out the flavors! Love your videos 💕

Thank you for using easy to find ingredients. I can’t afford most of the other recipes I’ve seen elsewhere. They are usually expensive or hard to find. Thank you for making filling food with simple. Not over the top ingredients.
I just want to make sure you know this: You've helped me a looot.. I've always been a bit overweight and no diet worked. I'm pretty tall and a bit active (a bit more, depends of the day) so the diets made it even worse. Since I've discovered your channel, not only that I found new recipes (you're so creative, and I really lack inspiration when it comes about cooking so.. you're my inspiration I guess, sorry if that sounds typical but it's the truth) but they are really really really tasty and I find them tastier than other processed foods (kfc, mcdonalds, etc) So please, keep on with the good work! Nice to see a meal plan that doesnt only consist of breakfast plus two salads a day. This looks varied and interesting with a focus on portion control. Surprisingly, I am eating similiar foods and portions right now. I am 5'3 so this is encouraging.
This was great, I've been looking for "low carb cycle menu" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Nantray Carb Caboodle - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got great results with it.
I'm going to start being healthy now! I have had so many problems with unhealthy eating in the past, in both extreme ways. I was binge eating a lot and had problems with bulimia and I was eating way to little sometimes. I gained some pounds some weeks ago and started dieting a lot so I went from 63 kg to 57 kg in 2 weeks. (I'm 160 cm btw) But I was constantly stressed about having to eat something (because of my mum who was worried) and counted every single calorie, it drove me insane. Now it's my 2 week without eating sugar, and that's something I definitely want to continue doing, it cleared up my skin and I just feel better. But I will start exercising now and eating a normal amount of food without being upset about myself. I want to have a happy, healthy lifestyle and reach my weight goal in a not stressing way. Kristal Arce you shouldn't starve yourself..it's a long journey..it my take you a year ..you need to find a "diet" that you can keep up for the rest of your life..and just be patient

Kristal Arce Try going on MyFitnessPal! I started logging everything I eat through that app on January 7th and as of March 11th I’ve lost 18lbs already! It really helps keep me in check and tells you the levels of nutrients that you’re getting (sodium, fat, carbs etc) It’s free if you don’t do the premium version and it will even tell you if you’re not eating enough each day. I eat about 1400 cal a day (based on my height and weight) and I was sick once and completed my day at only 600cal - the app basically scolded me that U wasn’t eating enough to correctly lose weight that day LOL 😂 It’s foulproof and lets you log meals you frequently eat, and a ton of foods are logged in there. There’s also a scanner to easier log barcodes. Try it :)

I know this video is 3 years old but I found it yesterday and I want to thank you so much for your food suggestions. I had the most delicious lunch a little while ago which was a third cup of black beans drained and smashed and I added 1 Tbs of vegetable hummus, 2 cut up cherry tomatoes on one slice of whole-wheat toast, also topped with fresh baby spinach. It was so delicious I never would have thought of it and it is my new go-to I loved it. Thank you. I have subscribed and looking forward to looking at past videos and new ones....Linda
I always come back to your recipes whenever I'm on a cut, its so convenient to have such nice meals that have already had the calories counted! Its also convenient because my cuts are 1400 calories so everything fits perfectly.

your portion control is insane! i love high volume foods because i feel like i need to be filling up a ton to be satisfied. i think that learning how to eat in smaller amounts is crucial :-( i wish it was easier to change
Love your recipes and u r inspirational This girl has really got her shit together. I wake up like 'wait...what...who am I?' Then I barely throw some oats in a pan, usually burn them while I'm trying to simultaneously put my make up on, feed the cat and do my hair. Then I go to work and pretty much Postpone exercise continuously throughout the day, try and do the housework and procrastinate about buying avocados because they are so expensive. I wish I had my shit together like Liezl,....one day!

At one point i was really in a rough spot and i stress ate till i gained about 80 pounds and it was only under a few months that that happened. I menatlly let myslef get to a bad spot but now i want to love my body and mind enough to treat it right by eating healthy and taking care of myself. I did loose alot of the weight i gained at that point in my life but i havent shaken it all off that i gained and my weight fluctuates all the time by loosing some weight then gaining more back. Im so sick of my poor health habits i want to do better. I dont know how though but your videos are helping me with giving me insight and ideas to help me live a better life. @@thefierce4324 to me it tastes sweet but everyone is different, I would recommend for you to wait for the bananas to get real ripped, once they're with black spots that's the best time to cut them and freeze them, ripped bananas have a lot more flavor. Other thing could be to use sweet cocoa instead of unsweetened, and a little more maple syrup or honey.

Nice to see a meal plan that doesnt only consist of breakfast plus two salads a day. This looks varied and interesting with a focus on portion control. Surprisingly, I am eating similiar foods and portions right now. I am 5'3 so this is encouraging.

This was great, I've been looking for "low carb cycle menu" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Nantray Carb Caboodle - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got great results with it.
I'm going to start being healthy now! I have had so many problems with unhealthy eating in the past, in both extreme ways. I was binge eating a lot and had problems with bulimia and I was eating way to little sometimes. I gained some pounds some weeks ago and started dieting a lot so I went from 63 kg to 57 kg in 2 weeks. (I'm 160 cm btw) But I was constantly stressed about having to eat something (because of my mum who was worried) and counted every single calorie, it drove me insane. Now it's my 2 week without eating sugar, and that's something I definitely want to continue doing, it cleared up my skin and I just feel better. But I will start exercising now and eating a normal amount of food without being upset about myself. I want to have a happy, healthy lifestyle and reach my weight goal in a not stressing way. Hi all...I gave myself one year to shed 40 pounds....I did it in 8 months....this includes a 6 week plateau....I used Weight Watchers....I do not work for them...but it certainly worked for me....excellent meal ideas...thankyou.

Kristal Arce you shouldn't starve yourself..it's a long journey..it my take you a year ..you need to find a "diet" that you can keep up for the rest of your life..and just be patient

Kristal Arce Try going on MyFitnessPal! I started logging everything I eat through that app on January 7th and as of March 11th I’ve lost 18lbs already! It really helps keep me in check and tells you the levels of nutrients that you’re getting (sodium, fat, carbs etc) It’s free if you don’t do the premium version and it will even tell you if you’re not eating enough each day. I eat about 1400 cal a day (based on my height and weight) and I was sick once and completed my day at only 600cal - the app basically scolded me that U wasn’t eating enough to correctly lose weight that day LOL 😂 It’s foulproof and lets you log meals you frequently eat, and a ton of foods are logged in there. There’s also a scanner to easier log barcodes. Try it :)

I know this video is 3 years old but I found it yesterday and I want to thank you so much for your food suggestions. I had the most delicious lunch a little while ago which was a third cup of black beans drained and smashed and I added 1 Tbs of vegetable hummus, 2 cut up cherry tomatoes on one slice of whole-wheat toast, also topped with fresh baby spinach. It was so delicious I never would have thought of it and it is my new go-to I loved it. Thank you. I have subscribed and looking forward to looking at past videos and new ones....Linda

I always come back to your recipes whenever I'm on a cut, its so convenient to have such nice meals that have already had the calories counted! Its also convenient because my cuts are 1400 calories so everything fits perfectly.

This girl has really got her shit together. I wake up like 'wait...what...who am I?' Then I barely throw some oats in a pan, usually burn them while I'm trying to simultaneously put my make up on, feed the cat and do my hair. Then I go to work and pretty much Postpone exercise continuously throughout the day, try and do the housework and procrastinate about buying avocados because they are so expensive. I wish I had my shit together like Liezl,....one day!

Thank u so much for this video💖 i struggle so much with my health and with overeating. At one point i was really in a rough spot and i stress ate till i gained about 80 pounds and it was only under a few months that that happened. I menatlly let myslef get to a bad spot but now i want to love my body and mind enough to treat it right by eating healthy and taking care of myself. I did loose alot of the weight i gained at that point in my life but i havent shaken it all off that i gained and my weight fluctuates all the time by loosing some weight then gaining more back. Im so sick of my poor health habits i want to do better. I dont know how though but your videos are helping me with giving me insight and ideas to help me live a better life. @@thefierce4324 to me it tastes sweet but everyone is different, I would recommend for you to wait for the bananas to get real ripped, once they're with black spots that's the best time to cut them and freeze them, ripped bananas have a lot more flavor. Other thing could be to use sweet cocoa instead of unsweetened, and a little more maple syrup or honey.
