    I always love that you promote eating REAL, WHOLE FOODS and carbs and healthy fats. I think this is so important for young women to hear. Thanks for promoting a healthy attitude and diet. :) What does RT mean in your workout plan?

      It would have been much better if I seen this specific *2WeightLossFast. Com* a couple of years back. I burned 12 pounds in three weeks up to now. There is certainly still need of exercises even only a few times a week and also the meals to eat must be best. It showed awesome results for me. Undeniably, this is strongly recommended and I also do hope this would work to you too simply because it did to me. .

    Smoothie:
    1 cup of frozen mixed berries
    1 medium banana
    1 tbsp of unsweetened almond butter
    2/3 cups of plain yogurt
    A small handful of spinach
    And lastly about a quarter cup of water

      I started drinking a lot of green smoothies and eating healthier cut off the soda pure water and coconut water or tea doing Zumba every morning and afternoon or when ever I had time or went to the gym and in a couple of weeks I saw results I was just very patient and I never gave up I used to be 116 and in 2 years I gained 55 pounds I was so sad so I motivated myself to loose all the weight and am still motivating myself to keep going it's hard am not going to lie I have craving for fast food but I try not to give in am sure you can loose weight too just be motivated and never give up

    This is probably the first weight loss video I've seen which is real. Thank you for saying that a balanced diet is important because I was cutting carbs because I thought that was what I was supposed to do in order to lose weight. I really want to congratulate you for losing so much weight the healthy way and sharing your tips and tricks with us. This is a very important video. In today's society so many young girls are starving themselves in order to achieve the 'perfect body'. Once again thank you for making this video and making me open my eyes. ❤️

    Omg the first step is sooo freaking true!!! I am such a foodie and have a massive sweet tooth and I’ve tried everything for the past 3 years to loose my baby weight but nothing worked. I used to skip breakfast to ‘save my calories’ for dinner so I don’t go to bed starving but I was so wrong. A healthy full breakfast is the absolute kick of my diet everyday and I feel great. Loosing weight slowly and healthy xx

    Steps:
    1~ Eat a healthy breakfast 1:10
    Breakfast ideas
    1) healthy smoothie
    2) overnight oats
    3) some sorta bread/
    avocado/ egg thing?

    2~ Do some exercise 4:53
    Recommend: 16 minute HIIT workout (in description)
    -Just start small (easy workouts in description) and just make sure you move and sweat a little
    3~ Eat a balanced diet 7:20
    Eat all three food groups
    -whole carbs
    -good protein
    -healthy fats
    4~ Have a simple plan and stick to it 9:37
    Have a basic plan and plan it out
    Have your:
    -go to meals
    -simple exercises
    -know when you’re gonna do your workouts
    DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY
    GET RID OF ALL JUNK FOOD LYING AROUND THE HOUSE
    5~ Start right away 11:09
    There will never be some perfect time to start.. so start ASAP
    LOSE THAT WEIGHT!!! 😊

    It's so nice to see someone with my body type and figure explaining workouts etc! I work out quite a lot but it annoys me seeing all these super slim girls without many curves and it's lovely to actually see someone with hips and a figure like mine!! Loved the vid xx

    For everyone that dont like oatmeal... you can put your oats through your scrambled eggs. Just grind the oats a bit (i do that with a knife) put your egg in de pan and add the oats and a splash of milk, put the spices that you like in the pan and cook until it gets some browning. It is a nice way to get some extra fiber in. It is only not suitable for people who dont eat dairy.

    I love oatmeal with berries and nuts for breakfast! I also started adding a teaspoon coconut oil to my oats and it is really good! My tip Is to use fruit juice in place of water or milk in your oats. It gives just the right amount of sweetness and no added sugars or artificial sweeteners. You can use Any juice! I like 100% pure unsweetened Pineapple juice. Orange or apple is also good and adds sweetness without

      Juice is like purely sugar, with pressing the fruit you lose the fiber, try mixing fruit in a blender instead.

    i find myself coming to this video a lot. something just clicks when i hear it from you. i’m trying to lose about 22 kg, i stopped dancing due to illness about a year ago and i gained 9 kg 😩 you really motivate me to want to lose weight, so i’m officially starting today.     You are such a great inspiration ❤❤❤ I watched this video above yesterday and it really struck a chord with me. I like how you mentioned about not putting off getting started with being healthy/exercising. Just start doing it, a little at a time because otherwise, you will never find the time, you just have to make the time. I was having a hard time with this, trying to find time to exercise and I was getting frustrated. I am not a morning person but I realized that if I didn't do it in the morning it would never get done, especially with my work schedule. I get off work at 5 and when I come home I have kids to take care of, dinner to cook, clean-up, prep food for the next day etc... by the time I do all that I might have a little time to myself before I need to get in bed. So, after watching your above video yesterday I went home and decided I am going to get me and the kids in bed by 8, which I did, and I am going to get up at 5am and work out, which I did. I did the running for 30secs and walking for 90 secs that you showed on your blog. I liked it because it was doable, I am not a runner but I could handle doing that. I am also looking at some of your other work-outs to incorporate. Thank you so much for your help and encouragement. I am doing really good because of you. I wish I could just hug you right now! :) Your UA-cam channel means the world to me, you have helped me so much. You just don't realize. TAHNK YOU!

    Finally some sensible advice. Calories do matter, its simple maths and science and i wish i had realised that when i turned vegan and put on weight by following other youtubers advice of being anti calorie counting. Now i am actually enjoying calorie counting because it's so simple and works.

    Liezl, you are such an inspiration to me, I have tried so many diets with very low calorie intake, which made me feel so weak. I did loose weight but when I started eating a bit more again, the kilos creeped up. Your food recipes are so delicious, especially breakfast, I love breakfast aswell, it`s a real '"happy meal" for me with the oats. Now I don`t feel deprived and I am loosing weight. Thank you so much!

    You look SO good. It is so reassuring and exciting that you can reach your goals without having to cut out carbs. It got so bad that fruit was literally my enemy and I didn't even buy it anymore because I was told they are too high in carbs. This has made me so excited to see that you can reach your goals AND eat all the fruit. 😻 Thank you girl!

    Also, eat food that you actually want to eat, not just food that will make you lose weight.
    It might seem obvious, but it wasn't for me. I'd been struggling with BED for several years and had reached a weight of 94 kg. However, whenever I tried losing weight I just went right back to binging a few days later. I decided to sit down and write a list of foods that I like, and surprisingly lots of them were somewhat healthy. So I created my meals around that.
    I also knew that I tend to eat a lot of dinner and that I wanted to be able to eat e.g. some cake sometimes, so I made sure the rest of my meals were smaller and low in calories.
    That plus me going for a walk a couple times a week has resulted in me losing 20+ kg. :)

    Also have a meal Schedule that works for you. Make sure you don’t have breakfast too late or dinner too late. Space out every meal so that you are hungry the least and when your hungry just say “I have 1 hour left, I’ll be ok.” And drink water. Then busy yourself

      Eden Elmasri idk if its as healthy, but i love adding a little granola chunks (like in the cereals) and when i make the oatmeal i use a little less water, a friend of mine uses milk instead of water (wtv kind of milk)

    I really like your What I eat in a day videos and followed some of your recipes. However, one of my problems while trying to lose weight is that I often get sick :( I'm living in the UK, the cold weather might be the reason and also my immune system is not good. When I'm sick I kind of have a reason to eat more or not taking exercise. Do you have any advise of what to eat to lose weight when you are sick?

    i started the summer shred challenge of chloe ting last week on friday. i found it and i just started it that day! its was the best decision i have ever made. i mean if you want to change someething why waste another week or even day. we dont need the new year or monday. those are only excuses to delay it

    started with my day one! had a 320 calorie breakfast and did a 16 minute HIIT workout which i have GOT TO thank you for! Its easy, fast and does its job. I did the High leg rises instead as i dont wanna go outside... have to dress up and get everything ready which takes up my time! instead i did the 16 minute workout at home. I recommend doing the workout an hour after eating or an hour before. also i did a morning yoga stretch as a warm up! Youre the first person i came across who is actually honestly helping us out! thank you! hope ill be able to burn up my fat in 2 weeks time :)
